Hello I'm going to move to Tas in this month. I'm having degree in Accounting with 55 points and can'timprove any further points. I'm wondering that if i take study there for one year and live there then will I be able to get 489 visa after one year?? On another hand I'm bit worry that the until of next year the competition may rise and people like me with less points 55 +10 may not get any invitation. Any suggestion??

Secondly, under catagory 2 someone will be eligible for 489 visa who got full time job offer from any job and continue job for atleast 3 month.

It's same thing with me. Has been waiting since July 16 as a restuarant mangr. It's could be ok to wait if visa is confirmed but here we don't know what will be happened.

Hello you can leave the country and come back without any trouble on Brid B visa as I just been to my country on Bridg B last week. Nothing happened. so don't need stress.

If someone on Brid visa A and Nom is refused then can onshore visa applicant can go for AAT and stay onshore untill decision made?

Hello mate how will u appeal becs immi just ask to withdraw the application ?

My colleague's file has opened and she is just requested for Medical. Nomination was approved straightaway even docs were not updated by employer. She applied for pastry chef in May 16. I think immi prioritize LR and occupation. I applied through same employer, No CO so far, even docs r updated but from HR country and for mnger position.

Immi's movement is almost zero.?
