I sent holiday insurance documents and pics of holidays in with my application. Concert ticket stubs, wedding invites etc it can be any sort of bill to the address like a vet bill, shopping bills etc.

We are currently waiting for his visa application to be processed. 

Applied for a defacto visa on 21st June but when putting the communicating details in the form I entered it wrong, I put the wrong email address on the form. Filled in 2 separate forms on the immiaccount to tell them but still not heard anything at all. I'm really worried now, any advice, does anyone have an email address for them.

Will I need to reapply for permanent residency to be able to retire out there. 

My chaps a 62 year old hgv driver moving to Melbourne, are there plenty of hgv jobs around for a guy of his age.  Will he need to resit the driving test out in Oz or can he transfer the gb one over. What sort of cost if he needs to resit it.
