  2. So it mean that we have to wait for 15 months because there is one case he or she get the PR after 10 months

from the pattern i can see there are no rules, they are allocating files randomly more or less like lottary[emoji854]so when you get lucky they will open your file... there might be some priority in professions that are from skill select 1 but every rule has an exception and every case is different...so all we can do is wish each others luck and that's it!!!no matter what you do it will be as it is....

  3. During both the nomination and visa application, you and your employer should have both indicated the commitment to continue the employment relationship for at least 2 years following the visa grant.  So if your contract isn't for longer than 2 years, DIBP may ask you for a new one.

That clarifies things! I have gone through the contract and there is nothing like that in it. I'll just wait and see what DIBP will say once they open my file or maybe I should contact my agent and address this issue before they even touch my case!

    Thanks for ur help[emoji4]

  4. Hi everyone,

it might be a silly question but someone might still have the right answer:

In October 2016 i have lodged a 187 visa and started working for my employer at the same time after signing a 2 yrs contract, ending in October 2018.I am still waiting for the decision ( while holding a Bridging visa A), but according to the current processing time it might take a whole year till the decision which means i will have worked for my employer for a year already and will have to work for one more after the grant till the end of the contract,

But then I'll be in breach of the conditions that clearly ask for 2 years post grant...

My question is: Will i have to work for one more year and what if my employer does not want to renew my contact after the 2 years?

Any experiences or info will be much appreciated[emoji846]

  5. Hi mate

It might be another 4-5 months before those files opened, as immi has issued new processing time of 11-12 months for RSMS.

Goodness me! That's a lot of time[emoji31][emoji31][emoji31]However there is nothing to be done but wait[emoji17][emoji17]

So that means that instead of 2 yrs we would have to work for 3, in regional area. Do you know if they calculate the time you had worked for the same employer until the grant of the visa? What happens if the contract ends before those 3 yrs? So confusing...[emoji43][emoji43]
