There is a form in immi website to inform them about error or incorrect fill the form and send it off as soon as possible. Before they make a decision they should know if it was a mistake. 

my visa is not refused. the refusal was the nomination. The new changes has imposed certain salary rate and my application was applied under old salary market range. Also, earlier we used to submit the skill assessment after the visa nomination and new rule is he skill assessment needs to be positively assessed before or at the time of visa application hence it was refused.

Guys Quite bad new from my end : since the new 457 abolish and 186 has taken place it has affected lots of visa application hence my nomination has been refused due to new rules. My MA has advised before they cancel the 186 visa application i need to lodge a new nomination with new guidelines.

not sure what t do ? i am currently on 457 but then i dont work for my previous employer anymore so they might cancel 457 too. 

Any advice on canadian express entry before i pack up, again if any one need car, furniture and all more than welcome to contact me if i have to pack up..

I got a email from general line but it has visa processing officer name and number. However my MA belives it general line team not a case officer. Also according to him my file doesnt have a case officer assigned yet. Can you guys please share the detail how case officer titles are. What team they represent it will help me understand . plzzz

Doesn't matter mate.. you will hear an update by tomorrow.
I have seen many guys whose status changed from received to finalised directly in this forum. So hope same thing will happen in your case.

I just noticed that too, a OCT DE file has been finalized. Actually, I called IMMI last week and they said that they just started opening DE files.
Hope it is my turn soon....

Haha.. something fishy.. they are already processing October DE files.
