  1. Visa Nomination Refusal. Withdraw - then what?

Restaurant manager, NSW. 187/RSMS, 17th May 2016 - RCB Approved, 14th July 16 - Submission documents for Visa

10/2018 - Agent requested police checks to update file - (Not Immi.)

    1 st Feb 2019 - Visa Rejected.

Reason: The employer had stopped operating under original ABN (Mentioned during time of application)  Although business was still running - had changed the ABN in Jan 2016. Immi had contacted employer requesting ( Jan 18)  request documents/reason for changing ABN #

Employer had not submitted docs within allocated time frame (14 days.), Visa rejected 1st Feb,

Agent notified me 5th Feb. giving me (apparently) 28 days to appeal - as I was told.

I was told I had 28 days to appeal / withdraw. To see  I  only had 21 days to appeal and 28 to withdraw.

My agent got back to me on the 5th / Feb  (5 days in)

Since I missed the appeal - now I need to withdraw or get rejected.

Cost of appeal 17xx odd dollars so around 1800/- ++ \ this is addition to previous "paperwork charges"  for previous app from agent.

2 years 7 months  .... and again I am waiting.

What happens after I withdraw?  can I re-apply?

look at the way the approvals are going, Nov 16, Sept 16, Aug 16 etc. this was just an assumption.

Any exporter coordinator have applied for visa 187?

    Visa/ nomination submitted: Dec 2017

It will be soon 7 months.. I cant believe we will have to wait for at least 24 month from date of submittion its so stressful and it keeps on holding me back from heaps of stuffs..

I need to hear from all of you some wise words that it will all gonna be alright ?

Honestly, not been a party pooper..You just need to leave this at the back of your mind for now and move on with other stuff. With experience the wait is 24 months+, unless things change from immigration.

We tend to hold back on a lot of stuff one by one, hoping for that one day... then realise it was a waste of time. While at it,  one misses out on a lot of valuable time....and things to do.

U will get it at some point. Just dont make the wait a priority.

Actually it's not about endless wait, its about dreams which start fading with time.
The department should understand that non immigrants are humans.
After 24 months + your life circumstances changes/ your desires changes and much more plus there is NO GUARANTEE what will happen.
    God bless visa appliers.

    True.

So many changes in life and situations. This does not give one time to actually decide if to settle down, or just keep waiting. Sooo much money invested ?  - so unsettled, life has become. There are usually many decisions that a human can make across 24 months, but each time, focus goes back to the If and IF NOT of a visa.

    hello every one ,

can any plz tell me that once the file is open or is in process so it will take how many days to finalise ?

    waiting for ur reply.

simply tell me when the case is open and its in process it will take how many days to finalise

IF file is open, then a matter of days, assuming all documents are up to date.

Medical valid for 12 months, IELTS - 12/24, not quite sure, employer contract etc,

If the documents needed to be updated, due to delay/time, that will depend on how soon you submit the documents.
