The status receive will be there when you have submitted your form 80.

Once the case officer is appointed your status change into initial assessment.

In case the papers are demanded and when you provide them then the status change into further assessment.

Then you have to wait for the final status finalized

    Thank you for your Information.

Incase you wondered what happened to my case?

    it nothing .lol

    thank you once again

The visa application process start with receive ~ initial assessment ~ Further Assessment ~ Finalised. However, based on the number of people who went from initial assessment to straight to finalised tend to get decisions in a period of days and few weeks but higher number of people who went from initial assessment to further assessment tend to wait longer like in months. I do not know the reason for this. This is just based on the information obtained from the thread.

Sure, Also Thank you for you time and hope for the the best .

    regards

A lot can cause these, occupation, HR countries, type of organisation, qualifications, availability of the CO, etc. Honestly, no one can actually provide exact information about the delay. It is very uncommon to see such cases. Is your status in further assessment? few people have suggested that further assessment status usually takes longer to be finalised, but quite number of people have also obtained their visas withing 60 days period of further assessment status.

Thank you for replying with such great information.

and yes it shows further assessment on it. does it suggest isolation from others of any sort?

    Yup, That's right.

It does not matter where/which city you have applied application form.

I applied from WA and my application was assessed in the Canberra office, Nomination received from QLD office and visa from NSW office.

I asked my MA and he said basically once you submit an application, your file float in immi system and any case officer can pick your file from any office. Every time any case office ask for further documents they release file in the system. Whereas it used to be when one case officer picks your file he/she has to finalise it. But now its different. Why? because every case officer assesses each application/document from a different angle and different point of view.   That's why some people wait more; after nomination approval than others.

    most wisest analysis ever .
