Are you apply for Nsw ? is it offshore or onshore ? HR or LR ? I think your MA should contact immigration office as because the file exceed 14 months. I heard from Ma that 3 files of may those are HR professions DE granted last week.

I think Nsw office is working faster than others. However, as they start a new financial year, they will take employee for new f.year and i think they will not cross current processing time and we will get good news soon. Positive hope

Yes i have applied visa and nomination together because it is better to take an risk than waste more than one year ..... and by taking present situation in mind every applicant should apply together.

Mine also restaurant manager. I think restaurant manager,retail manager and cook are high risk professions and they delays to allocate this type of file. But you have a right to complain ombudsman as because of you already completed your 14 months. Mine timeline is,

29 june -- visa and nomination

02 Nov -- Rcb approved

Nsw, DE-187, HR

God knows when co will allocate my file ?
