14 April, going mental cuz overseas PC and Medicals close to 1 year....
Dun worry about your overseas PC, I uploaded one I made on 2014, still approved and got my PR too this April.
Medicals will still be okay, because they are delaying not you, 90% of applications are processed on 13 months according to immi but still they haven't comment about medical expiry date anywhere.
Positive thinking please, everything will be okay

Hi guys how are you?
I'm still waiting for my 187 [10 June 2015 nomination and visa / DE / cook / onshore Perth].
- Do you really think that this new government immigration policy will affect the officer decision even for us who applied bloody ling time ago?
- How long do you think is gonna take to have any news for who applied like me, in June?
My business is solid, they've got +50 employees, and I'm qualified but... of course I'm a bit worried.
Hi Antoker,
Did u apply visa & nom on 10 June 2015 or 2016? If its 2015 please contact immi directly. And if its 2016 wait for few months, I am also from Perth, I got mine yesterday so I dun think new rules make any impact yet.

RCB approved August 2016
nomination applied August 2016 still w8ing.
can anyone tell me please how long it gonna take more
Hi Vikram,
Can you lets us know your occupation and did u just apply nomination or nomination and visa both on August?
If only nomination applied, its unpredictable amount of time after you lodge your visa, could be 8-13 months depending on your occupation.
If applied both, another 5-6 months as current practice.
Thanks

Guys.... bad news for us.
Regional employer sponsorship visa, RSMS(187), is not affected by the recent change. So all the occupations are still eligible for 187 visa.
However, according to recent press release, there will be a massive restructuring on 187 visa in March 2018. Details about the changes are yet to be confirmed but it is clear that the government is going to strengthen the policy on 187 visa as well.
So if you have lost your way in 457 visa, you're planning to apply for 187 visa, you'd better hurry before March 2018.How its bad news then ?? Its good that who ever stuck between 457 and 187 can pass through with in this year.

Very frustrated today feeling so bored and annoyed. What is immi people doing. They really do not care about our stressful life.
my nomination has been approved on 8th march( 1 and half month ago),but they didn't even open my visa file yet, my medical has been expired (on dec 2016) on immi account it showing medical has been finalised and visa application can be continue , but my lawyer said when my file will be allocate to case officer he will generate new hap ID to attend new medical . I am just thinking when they will open file and ask for medical and also for my partner's (ielts fee) also how long they will take to finalised case after these documents request .
anyone has any idea how long my application can take to be allocate to the case officer

Hi All,
This was expected as they have mentioned, they will update the timeline every month, basis on which months files are open from last year and granted this month. So more over March 2016 and April 2016 are the core files they looking at now.
If you have noticed, September 2016 applicants are also getting their PR.
Who knows next month it will change to 9 or 10.
Hope for best and Congrats to all winners..

Hi Stevwtosh, what we can see in Kirsty's case is, the MA is not professional at all and when he get caught he is trying to play smart. Anyone from Adelaide here, can you please go n teach him some lesson please..
Ashuj1 it's even show the MA is not professional as he/she surpose to know Kristy can gain access to her application MA consent. Even if you want to change the email correspondence to your personal email instead of MA email, you have the authority to do. So what is Kristy MA bragging about is what I don't understand. -
Miss Sidhu, Please check you visa acknowledgement letter and you will find a TRN number. Create you immi account and export application using that TRN number.
Simple as that, you can see whats going with you application when ever you can.
Thank you
Can someone please tell me can we track our own application? Because my MA told me I can't check anything . Only she can check . ThanksSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
-
Hi Kirsty,
Tell him that u login to your account not his, and in your visa acknowledgement letter its clearly mentioned that using the TRN provided you can access to your application.
And just dont worry, you havent done anything wrong.
My MA has sent me an email asking how I have gained access to his immi account. Do they not know that we can track our own application through a immi account. He has me in tears as I questioned him about the documents that were submitted 5 days after the allocated 28days. What do I do? I've done nothing wrong just been tracking our own application on my own immi account -
Once you get your PR, please flash this MA name and make other friends aware of him/her.
These ppl don deserve business.
My point exactly ashuji1,He's meant to be a qualified MA and paid enough to make sure its done correctly. I gave him all documents before it was submitted at i didn't want any delays with our application with CO requesting stuff. I made this clear to our MA and he obviously doesn't care as he already got his payment
-
Yes you can check what requested and when. These PC, form 80, marriage certificates, English test score are basic documents. How can they miss to upload at first point.
Your MA only knows why it was uploaded on 14, it's either immigration requested for it or he/she just realised his/her mistake. Or in your immi account your can view correspondence email regarding your application if you don't want to ask your MA -
Hi Kirsty,
Please keep monitoring immi account and where is ur MA located.
I dun know how they can be so careless.
Anyone know what happens when documents are submitted after the requested 28 days?found out yesterday that our Migration Agent only submitted the form 80 on 14/03/2017 when it was requested on 09/02/2017 so 33 days after the requested day.
The thing that is annoying me is that I supplied our migration agent with this form back in August to submit with the application
-
Haha, Kirsty is after 186 today. Dun worry, you will get your soon
186 forum has had 12 approvals in a week :chatterbox:
