Hii Sare. Why did they ask for skill assesment. Did you apply by australian qualification or you applied offshore by overseas qualification.

My partner has applied for 187 DE LR country on shore, I'm off shore and waiting for it to be approved as I'm de facto. He has applied with Overseas qualifications. He is a dog trainer.

Immi now want a skills assessment applied for from when we submitted the visa application which was 5 Jan 2017, but we didn't do one! Now we don't know what to provide!

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are currently allocating ENS/RSMS cases lodged between March and June 2016, however not all cases in this date range have been allocated.

You may be contacted when your case is allocated or if further information is required. Please note that we will not respond to status enquiries.

Omg is this serious?! Is this from Immi to allocate CO's? Have people really been waiting this long?! Our RSMS visa and nomination went in only a few weeks ago... I think I have a long wait :(

  3. Hi everyone,

New to this and looking for some help please!!. My partner who is already in Oz has submitted a 187 (only a couple of weeks ago) with me as a secondary (de facto) applicant. I am in the UK still and we've been apart for 6 months now.

My question is, am I allowed to travel out/ move yet? We haven't even been allocated a CO yet. What are the current processing times?

And what sort of evidence have people provided for a de facto on a 187?

    I'd appreciate any help :) thanks !
