  1. Congratulations!!!!!!

    Hi guys,

Just want to share this with all of you :)

    I've got my PR today.

My timeline is: Nom 04/07/2016 , Visa 06/07/2016

Nom docs requested 24/01/2017, provided 08/02/2017

    Marketing specialist.

I just want to thank all of you for providing me the timeline info. Also for all of you guys who are still waiting, don't worry, it will come.

So from my experience and looking at all the google sheets time line, if it's 457 to 186. If nothing is requested, it will take 6-7 months.

And immi office really does not make any sense in terms of requesting all the docs. Sometimes they ask docs even if you have provided everything.

If they do ask for more nomination related info, from the day you submit everything, it will take 4-6 weeks from them to process.

If they ask visa related docs, it will take much less time. 2-4 weeks.

Also, with or without PR, your life is still yours. I understand it is a really painful process but try not to let it eat you.

Another advise, don't check this forum if it's only 4-5 months after you apply. It won't help, but will add the stress.

Last thing- DON'T WORRY! IT WILL COME!

  2. Congratulations, MANSON!!!!! Happy for you!!! YAAAAAAYYY!!!!

Hey guys, call of duty i should post my recent updates here

my case has been finalized on 7 march and visa has been granted, the center is vic

both nom and visa applied on 30 june, direct entry, high risk, three person, tried to submit all doc and it worked, only my wife english score was asked

additional info asked early of feb, visa part is on 17, not sure about nom so just assume it is around that date

now i have mixed felling after had my pr visa, i am gonna have to finish everything shortly here where i spent over decades with so much memories, it is both happy and painful i guess.

i have to say my ma was doing job of my case smoothly, and she helped my a lot with my anxiety and pressure by being patient with all ridiculous questions i asked

and most importantly, i wanna thank all guys here which keeps my hope going for this long time, this community couldnt be the best without all contributions you guys put on here

wish the best to all of you waiting here

    cheers

  3. Congratulations!!! Hooray!

    Hi Folks

Got the best phone call yesterday from the agent confirming PR granted. Such a feeling of relief - this forum has been excellent keeping me sane (most of the time).

Also - was the best birthday present ever!!!

Good luck to all those still waiting - hoping it won't be too much longer (particularly the ones waiting longer than me - so unfair).

  4. HOOOOOOOORAY!

Our PR has been finally granted today!!!!!!

Nomination and Visa applied 29 June 2016

    HR, 3 people

    Direct Entry, onshore

Gave them a call on 17 Feb 2017

Docs on Visa requested - 17 Feb 2017

Nomination and Visa granted on 9 March 2017.

Thanks everyone for support and sharing your stories!

  5. Docs requested on 3/02/17, then after a phone call more docs requested on 17/02/2017 - nothing heard from them since then.

    Hi,

Does anyone know how long will the CO response to a submitted request for more information. Or anyone in a similar situation.

    Lodge visa 10/3/16

    lodge nomination 10/4/16

CO allocated and request for more info 31/01/17

    submitted info 2/2/17

No response so far, Friday will be 1 year

  6. Hi

I wouldn't agree that the difference is in 3 month only. Applying separately you might have to wait for +8-9 months. It is a risk anyway, it's just you have to decide what brings you a higher risk: time or money.

QUOTE=Rajat Babbar;1937034593]Thank you soo much for replying chaseyoung.

If its 3 months gap, then I can play safe... As in my case its not only $4000

but I am married and I have a kid also.. So I guess I have to pay for all 3 .. just for 3 months..

Is your nomination approved ? How long it took for approval.. ? which state have you applied ?

  7. Seems to be as following:

    - if you don't push the button - they will not be notified that files are already there and they will only check your file in 28 days, not earlier

    - if you push the button or call them - they will be notified straight away - in there is a chance that your file will be assessed earlier than in 28 days.

what if I don't click the button, will they check my uploaded file:wacko:
  8. We've applied on the same date: onshore, DE, 3 people, Web developer.

Docs on nomination requested on 3 Feb.

    Hi All, My timeline is

    29 june,2016 Nomination Application

    29 june,2016 Visa Application

    2 November,2016 RCB Approved

    Restaurent manager,Offshore,NSW

Medical and Police clearance Uploaded by MA

Anyone closely this timeline and how long it take to wait for opening file ?

  9. That's really confusing :(

There should also be a phone number and the officer name on the email your MA should have received form them.

    Something as following:

    First Name and Family Name

Case Officer, Permanent Employer Sponsored Entry

Visa and Citizenship Services | Visa and Citizenship Management

    Permanent Visa and Citizenship Programme

Department of Immigration and Border Protection

    P: 03 0000 00000

    E: nsw.pse@border.gov.au

    Website: www.border.gov.au

    keep posted indeed

i cant figure out which team is porcessing my case , the requesting letter shows a name with position number and a office email address which appears NSW, but on the foot of letter it says VIC PESE, which is totally confusing me

  10. We are being processed by Team 4 NSW Pese. Last Friday there was a very nice lady on the phone she helped a lot and clarified it all.

I believe your MA should contact Immi to follow up. THere should be a direct number on the docs requesting email.

    GOOD LUCK!

    Keep posted.

still at same stage as two weeks ago

but i did ask agent to call on the dept, and asked for priority as well i guess

hope to hear sth by weekend though

    cheers
