    Special Needs Teachers in Oz - advice wanted (x thread)

    Hi

    I wondered if anyone could offer me some advice regarding Special Educational Needs Teachers in Victoria...I am a UK primary teacher and SENCo with over 15 year's experience (plus a higher level SEN qualification). I am planning to have my skills assessed as a Special Needs Teacher and wondered how easy it is to get a special education job around Melbourne. Also, is there a job in Australia equivalent to SENCo?

     

    I would appreciate any advice from teachers who have experience working in the SEN field in Oz. Thanks in advance.
