Hey Santosh, it would be awesome if your visa were to be approved in early feb but just be mindful that NSW PESE haven't even finished processing Feb 2016 yet, let alone started on March 2016 applications. You can see from other people's posts on here. Some people have been waiting 11 months and more. Just be patient. Good luck :smile:

Well our time has finally come, I had accepted that it would be in the New Year but just looked on IMMI to find our application changed to ‘finalised’. To say I’m relieved is an understatement

Am i the only person that thinking about immigration give up already with rsms visa and probably they will start again on January 2017 ? Since there's no update at all

No ur not... However remember not all the applicants of rsms use this forum some people outside this forum might be getting approval everyday without our knowledge.. Someday I would love to see behind the scene of pese offices... If I die before getting my approval I will go there as a ghost I will enter in the body of one of the Co and finalised your application at least I can do so you can count on that ?????

It's all speculations... However one thing I know for sure and we can all agreed upon this so ****in frustrating i wish never had that stupid immi account I am sick of logging back on every freaking 2 seconds and seeing received

Arite it's always tricky when you deal with immi as they have right to refuse your application on the simplest mistake for example just a misspell your name is enough I am not saying they will but they can and they can even refuse your application without asking any further docs it should give you general idea why ma hassitate to call immi

No mate, after June no news, I'm keep asking my agent to contact immi but she never bother n always says it's no good to push them...

True that brother.... Hang on there... If it gives you any satisfaction I waiting for my golden almost about 10 years.. Finally we are so close you don't wanna mess it up take it from the experience..

at the moment I am listening to my agent that I won't do another police check and won't do medical until immi requires. I hope he's correct...

Hey Kuk - the person you are mentioning was nominated in October 2015 which means they had been waiting over a year overall.

Well I am in same situation I have applied nom in Aug 2015 and only apply visa once my nom was approved

Anyway let's hope for the best.

Last Friday someone got pr from 11 July and I applied on 12 July hopes were really up nomination has been approved in July. Now morale is getting low it's been hell of a ride so far I waited for 10 years surely I can be patients.

However I don't mind getting it before Xmas.
