All n all in my view I think immigration co taking files whichever months files coming in their hand coz if in one office there r 10 co nd they dividing 10 files to each so frst one starting number 1 second co starting 11 nd third starting 21 so that's why September files coming before august nd that's why they mention time from march to September files in process coz they not following files by lodgement timeframe they picking whatever coming on desk and also guys think about those whose waiting from 2015 2016 r they not coming in desired timeframe of application processing time as they exceeded the time which immi site says 9 month or so.

I think so immigration just doing 9-5 job only in between whatever files they can work on they doing so it's wastage to see the timeframe changing on website coz they not doing according to that m also from august but think about whose waiting before us.

So b relaxed when good time came all will b good.

This means that few of Transition applicants are also waiting from August.

They are taking very long time for DE applications mate.. I have been waiting since August 12th without any response.

I think none of the August DE applications got opened.

I don't know how much exactly they lost. I'm the only one in the company who is on 457. All of the others are citizens. I'm just a bot worried cause I heard from some MA saying the CO might refuse my nomination because of that.

If it's not a big lose means if according to lose amount still they can afford ur salary package according to contract then it will not b a problem and also as u the only person so then it will not be a problem coz in lose also they need some worker nd u the only on 457 visa so don't worry. Hope for good.

Hi guys, I just have a question. So I'm 457 transition 186. Immi requested more info from my company (my leave record, last 12 month bank statement, financial report etc.) But the problem is my company actually made a lose last financial year. Will this affect my nomination? ( Marketing specialist)

It may be coz depends on how much lose they made and how many workers currently on 457 visa in company and leave record they ask to see whether u completed two years or no so upload all documents properly with all details

In my opinion, better to keep ready and upload it as soon as u received this will save ur waiting time rather than waiting for co request as this will add more waiting time incase co requested.

 

I did the same thing, I re-applied PCC and AFC just before expired (12 months old).

But coz mine frst pcc expired then I upload new one so two pcc in file now the latest pcc if of last month so is it fine to upload a third pcc also now again.

In my opinion, it's better to wait until CO asks for it because it depends on the CO whether he consider it or not.
