Finally I got my grant today after 7months and 6days waiting.

my timelines are Nomination and Visa Lodged 04/07/16

Nomination approved 3 Feb 2017 and request for my (registration/Licensing) of my Accountant job and request to pay second fee for my partner .

10/02/17 I have got a good news.

MA also said that processing time is 3 to 8 months

Thanks Vincent for replying the message.My agent also said like that but i come across the forum and read some where CO will ask for recent Police Clearance even the old one (we submitted not expired yet, ).Anyway, thanks for your message making me reduce worries.

Hi @Gsha, congrats! Why would they ask for another clearance - has your wife's o/seas police clearance expired already? If so, has she been to that country since the expiration?

I still worry this too.my police clearance oversea obtained in March 2016. My application logded July 2016.

My files has not been allocated yet/ Does you wife clearance expired or they request recently one?

Any one has experience in this.I obtained my Police Clearance in my country since March 2016 but my application and nomination all lodged July 2016.I still worry If my application has not been allocated yet until March 2017 my police clearance in Vietnam will be expried ( It is hard for me and family to come back to do it again,it takes time and cots of travelling back to my home country) My agent said that the police clearance is valid up to 1 year.Any one has the same problem? please share!
