i hve applied for nomination in nov 2016, documents requested on 12 jan.. simce then i didnt hear anything... i hve applied as restaurant mgt from HR country.

Finally my most awaited moment has came...!!!

457 visa has been granted.. time to pack things and book flight..

keep us posted when u hear anything.. my frends docs were requested just 10 days after you.. but he hasnt applied for visa yet only after the nomination gets approved..

i think in ur case, cuz u have already applied for visa u shud hear some good news straight away, as the referal checks also been done

Just read the Nomination approval letter... it was actually approved 14 January and my MA has only just sent it over! Doh.

Just had an email from MA! My nomination was approved today! They have requested more information regarding my partners police check and also a signed declaration to say we haven't paid employer for 186. I'll update the spreadsheet when i get back to my computer but just wanted to share the good news!

 

So bloody happy right now x

Once approved then SBS expired so I have to reapply SBS, nomination with Visa.. SBS approved in Oct requested genuine position report for nomination submitted it on 6th nov....they did external reference checks in end of December..after that nothing still waiting..

Hey mate finally I got a good news .. visa has granted yesterday .

 

Here is my timeline

Nomination and visa applied :18th August

Nomination approved : 13th oct

RFI requested : 20th oct

RFI submitted :26th oct

VISA GRANTED: 16th Jan 2017
