my wife's documents also showing English medium but she's not happy with that she wants to know year of studies and medium so yeah

I had to apply for mine from Plymouth in the UK, which surprisingly didn't take too long. Did they say they need to be certified copies of the originals? As I asked the university to scan and email me mine for skills assessment, as they only needed colour scans.

Hi nomination approved this morning and visa docs requested with in 10 min after nomination . 

Case officer ask for wife's functional English but I already submitted her education documents but she wants to know the medium of her studies and years of education. 

And I am confused how to prove those documents any idea or anyone faced this problem ? Pls let me know thanks 

We had someone saying the exact same thing a few months ago. And you know what? We continued seeing DE applications going through :-)

 

First, MAs are layers - and as such - I doubt they would disclose "classified information" if they had any as it would be a risk for their reputation with Immi.

Then, I do not believe that the department of immigration shares that sort of information - if they are even true - with Migration Agents or anybody else, because again, this is a legal process.

 

Finally CO and MAs know that clients are spreading the news on forum.

 

In the press, there are articles on how the government is exploring the possibility of giving PR only after a substantive visa at some point.

So that could mean some changes for DE PR visa (189, 190 or 186) but at this point in time, there is nothing happening so let's not feed the troll.

DE guys my MA told me a classified information about not considering most of the DE applications it's going to take about 12 or more months to open the files as they are beyond with lot of transition applications. They are pushing transition files Until December 2016 by June and they start processing the DE files . They are not completely holding them but 90% of the files will be on hold until June according to my MA .

Hi all. I spoke with immigration this morning in regards to my 186 and they informed me that the application was in progress but my account is still stating that is has been only been received.Can anyone clarify what this actually means? Has it been allocated or is it just sat waiting in a void that time forgot?

Both the sponsor and visa was lodged on the same day 16th August 2016.

Any advice would be great. Cheers.

sometimes the status shows like that but soon that will change from recieved to approved it happened to few people so hope for the best
