After how many days they assess your file once they ask for s56 request for additional documents , also after 28 days can we email to immigration or we just have to wait ?

Have you got your nomination approved already , i think its too early to contact CO as we are within the global processing timeframe , even after 28 days there is no any obligation for CO to decide the application

I am also in same position , asked for medical on 25 march sumbitted in 30 march and no response after that

Hey mate it depends upon your company if its accrited or not ,accrediated company gets prioroty processing under the new rules which came in effect from 1st of march 2019

You would have possibly got your nomination and visa approved and granted within 7 days of application?!?

Seems like that case officer has already been assigned and medical was requested by case officer

Hey mate finally I got a good news .. visa has granted yesterday .

Here is my timeline

Nomination and visa applied :18th August

Nomination approved : 13th oct

RFI requested : 20th oct

RFI submitted :26th oct

VISA GRANTED: 16th Jan 2017

RFI email recieved on 12th of Jan.. asked to submit genuine position evidence, i am from HR country.. offshore.. fingers crossed,

MA working on sudmitting the necessary docs

Good luck my RFI was requested on 20th oct and sunbitted on 26 oct since then I haven't heard anything . Keep calm and hope you won't have to wait long like me

First nomination applied July 14, 2016 but got declined on Sep. 08 due to salary issues.

 

Re-applied nomination the same week

RFI requested 2nd week of November for nomination

Then visa & nomination both got approved yesterday!

 

It was a long wait but it was worth it! [emoji4]
