It is with a lot of happiness that I come here today to say that my waiting time is over!!!

PR finally approved on Friday 21/07/17

Nomination & Visa applied on 05/05/16, HR, 2 people, Chef.

Application went from "Received" to "Finalized", no extra docs requested, no contact, nothing, just like that.

Today has been 1 year of wait!! Not fair at all

10 months already!! It's has been the longest 10 months of my life and not knowing when this wait will finish just kills me!!!

For me, 8 months today. Called the Immi and got a really rude person that told me to stop calling that my case has not been allocated.

co has been allocated to your app? otherwise who did you call?

Hi Manson, the number of the Immi is usually on the letter you received when you apply for your PR, Acknowledge Letter with your application ID. I called them yesterday and I got told they are checking processes from the beginning of April, and when I said that I knew some people from June that got approved they said that the applications are usually in a Queue for allocation but there was some random cases allocated before. (We never know)

Let's see...I hope we all get good news soon.

This process has taken so long I might as well have applied via transition instead of DE! Best of luck everyone, we have to laugh or we'll crumble into a pile of anxiety!

7 months of wait yesterday....this wait is killing me..seriously

I dont think they liked the form of training we provided (annual conference with international speakers which was open to the public). We were never given the opportunity to provide the other receipts (for tens of thousands of dollars). They just went straight to refusal. I am hoping that when we call them this morning they will reconsider their decision but I doubt it.

Any April fellas still pending with NO idea if their case has been allocated?? Haven't heard anything at all and ours was from early APR.

 

Wish we weren't just waiting indefinitely - checking each day - 6, 7 months...Maybe I should ring to follow up? Been told that I shouldn't.

Are you serious mate??? You applied on May 2015 and still you didn't get PR?? :swoon: Something wrong I think. Is it Direct or Transition?
