I am in the same position....  over worked, under paid.... taken advantage of...but I cannot call immigration because they are looking for any little excuse to cancel PR 

What is ur occupation nd timeline 

I got my pr 1 months earlier just curious to ask if my employer sack me is there any consequences 

I really dont know what sort of nomination paper they ask for but my agent just call me and said he is handling the matters

My visa get approved from wa pese

My day just came today pr has been granted, chef from 22nd june 2016

I know its hard to wait but like me one day everyone get their dream

16 months and 11 days still no update from immi yet

Almost 18th month and all quiet on the western front. 
Not a squeak or a creak or a peep from our friends in immi. 

13 months finish. Still no update yet. Anyone got same situation.

Time to share my happy news. Got our visa approved today.
 Rcb approved in somwhere middle of November 2016. Visa and nomination got granted today. Documents were requested for both nomination and visa on 30 june 2017. For nomination, I had to do some changes in my job contract. For visa-  medicals, new pccs for my husband for australia and india, proof of relationship.

Processing times change. SOmetimes some visas are faster, sometimes other visas. I remember when Spouse Visas took a couple of hours, I remember when skills visas routinely took 2-3 years. Bottom line is that you have to wait. If you don't want to wait, its your loss not DIBPs. 

Is there anyway we can request together to immi about 187 visa processing time reduce

Nothing to say they make jokes the whole system
Australian immigration is the first where timeframe is meaning less
