Hello guys its been a long wait for me and still keep on waiting its been 23 months.  2 years next month. Applied as a cook and nomnation hasnt been approved yet..

Hi im a member of this froup since dec 2015. I hhave been a silent reader for quite sometime. As its just making me crazy to think that its taking so long.. i have applied for nomination in december 15 2015 and my visa on mar 2016 i tried to call the immigration million times (just to exagerate) and i would always get the same respinse. My visa application in terms of documents needed etc does not have anything to do with it they said that its my nomination that hasnt been approve yet.  And they cant do so much as they are waiting for a third party to have it finalised. its been 19 months and counting. I hope that this will end soon. I hope that will have the sytem to prioritise all those applications pending as its true its affecting our lives...

Hello everyone i just want to share my experience with everyone sine i have been a member for this site for more than a year already i have submitted my nomination december 14,2015 and my visa on mar 15,2016 until now nothing happen with my case. I keep calling them and said no problem with my visa documents but they still wait for my nomination approval. And all the thing they say is they cannot do anything about it.  Im am so frustrated and want to know anyone have this problem or just me.

Hello everyone i hope all is well... i just want to share my never ending frustration with my application i have applied my nomination deeber 2015 and until now no oneis handling it as far as immigration said i just have to wait. My visa application is quite fine as they requested documents on oct 2016. My visa application was lodged on march 2016. They said that there is no futjer need for my visa application but i have to wait for my nination. I get it waiting is the game but how would immigration let it happen to have an nomination sitting there for more than a year and yet no one is handling it. If assesment is going on would it really take that ñong when you need to verify things about the employer? i domt know what to do i called immigration direction for manybtimes and thats all they say... wait...

Why is your nomination refused?

Hi Everyone, I m new here. could anyone please help me out on this? I have currently applied for 187. As my previous 187 visa nomination got refused we had to withdraw my visa application hence now I m on bridging visa C, my employer was taking way too long to get RCB done so I requested my MA to apply for my 187 visa as I don’t wanted to stay illegal. Where as he still says tomorrow on everyday. therefore I started searching for anyone who could sponsor me. My new employer was in really very hurry to appoint me so even agree to sponsor he also got the RCB and also applied for my nomination. As for now my current status is bridging visa C for the other employers sponsorship, so can I switch to new nomination on same visa application or I need to apply new visa or if I apply new visa what visa status I will be on then? Please reply me. Thanks.

you can cancel the first visa but call immig for refund option its case to case basis tell them tour first employer is taking too much time and you have a new employer you is now processing..

Hello everyone i called immig now Perth as i was assigned there. The lady was really nice but seems likethey just realised i was waiting for almost a year and amonth already and was told my application will be haldled Shortly.. so hopefuly will hearseting from them in the next week..

Huaer...I would definitely ring them. The positives are that by ringing them, it does not affect your case and it might help to put your mind at ease. They're really approachable...at least the people that I've spoken to at immigration have been

1yr and 20 days of waiting.... tsk tsk

1 more week to go and its finally 1 yr of waiting for this visa!!! This is really crazy!

Yes on oct 17 they ask for documents then submitted the next day but until now no update..

I have the same situation I wanted to go to my home country as i haven't been there since from last 4 years but waiting for the PR. I hope we get it tomorrow or at least before Christmas :daydreaming:

Im onshore.. yeah hopefully tomorrow is a good day for us.. or else another week has passed again and nextweek is another waiting game..

Ist one was wrong RCB certificate was given by MA

and also that asked for need for the position and organisation chart

 

Second one was something related to company my agent didn't told me but he said its not an important document so I think they are just taking time don't know why.But i'm so mad from last months:huh: as they are taking more time than they should have and I'm feeling really sick physically and mentally kind of depression

exactly how i feel. Lets just be strong. Some MA are so pre occupied thatbthey dont care that much.. mine was something very important and he missed to upload. I wonder whats really going on.. i wanted to come home to my country on xmas and its almost a year i have been waiting..

I'm same like you they have requested documents in July no response till November 1st. After that I have requested MA to email them to ask if there is any update. Then they requested another documents :mad:. I was so upset but now I have no feeling left

Seriously? What was the first doucuments requested and whats the next one?

12 months is above average probably above maximum waiting time. This happens especially when the documents is not complete. I would suggest you to ask your MA to get give you/employer a copy of original application and a print out of list of documents attached. Review your application and docs yourself, and if necessary attach docs that are missing from checklist.

These days, there some MA that are screwing up the life of applicants.

Thanks for the info. Thats exactly what makes me so frustrated as MA just did not do his job to upload those documents otherwise its all completed..

How do i know that in which centre my application will be processed??

You will see that from your immi account once they send you an email about your application

This is very frustrating its nearly 12 months waiting for me.. immi requested additional documents on 17 oct. documents hwere i submitted to my MA before lodging visa and he missed to upload it.. no news at all called immi and said still on process to be allocated to CO.. my MA is not doing anything its fine to wait if its 100% sure approved but its keeping me hanging.. i guess this case is very unusual...

still no update ..i really dont knw what to do..

Where are you from? Did they inform you that they will visit work place? Whereyou there when they come?

Sometimes they take their time, they may can visit your workplace. It happens with my two friends. They process cook & managers under high risk occupations.

TODAY i am marking my 11 months of waiting for application. It is very frustrating and im losing patience. Is there anyonewaiting this long as well?

i got some update from december that immigration sent an email to my boss to visit the workplace and they will be visiting this thursday..i dont have any idea what they gonna ask..stress level high..anyone been through same situation please share their experiences..

Im still waiting.. nom 14 dec 15 visa 15 mar 16. Documents requested 17 oct 16.. no update for nomination yet but visa is assesment in progress. Losing hope waiting already... dont know what to do..
