Seriously? I was from 31 march 2016 and was granted on march 2017 Its been almost 9 months . Just checked above, they havent finalized april in 9 month yet????

Hello friends, one of my friend got his rsms visa 4 months ago almost same time frame   with mine. But he is getting too much pressure on his work. He is thinking to quit the job and He talked with some of his friends and his MA as well. But all has different point of view, some of his friends said it is risk if you leave your employer before 6 month of visa granted but other says atleast 1 year. Can you guys please give suggestions what is better option for him? And also what is better steps in that situation.

I got RPL on 7 Units. 5 of them i have completed in Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and other 2 units that i can speak other language (Hindi). Hi akumar i asked to my friend, and he said he got his rpl from 2 and half years part time legel experienced with group certificate.

Hello friends !! One of my friend is going to apply rsms 187  direct  entry ( position cook)@very soon with his RPL certificate. He has 2 and half year experience. But someone told us that rsms with rpl certificate is very risky and also he said about so many rejection in rsms. Can anyone please give us good suggestion about that? Also He got his rpl certificate last month. Thank you

I dont think so raymond. They might grant you nomition next week then after couple of months your pr will be granted.

I think you cant see bas and other employer documents. You can see only your visa documents .not nomination documents

I was hoping someone would be able to help me with some advise or similar past experience? I am currently on a 187 visa, with my PR granted in September 16. I am currently on my 2year obligation to my sponsor employee and have just found out that the company i work for has been sold, which is due to handover next month and my role will not be continued. Does anyone know where this would leave me with my 2year obligation? Could i move out of my regional area? Will i have find another sponsorship? I am so confused with this 2year obligation requirement, when applying for the visa you have to agree to stay with your employer for 2years after your PR is granted but when i received my PR visa it noted 'NIL visa conditions'. There is limited information on this on the internet and a the number of MA i have spoken to have all given me difference advice.

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciate.

Hi sahibb i am fine thank you. How are you? I am making some documents to submit. Police clearance certificate from overseas for both, and evidence of relationship. My MA has sent to my boss letter to sign itbut dont know wether he sighed or not. Hopfully i will submit everything by friday. And also my MA said it takes 1 to 2 week to approve.
