I did not submit a form 80 with my application. And it was never asked for either. However try and load your application up as much as you can. Just be aware to upload more important things first i.e proof of marriage.
????
THANKS NAVA

When you up load all your other documents Form 80 will either be "Required" or "recommended" our visa was granted with out uploading any form 80's but if you can easily get them filled out it can do no harm.
We didn't upload any as on first reading it said it had to be filled out by Australian citizens but when I inquired about the form 80 just before my visa was granted the adviser on the telephone said they could be filled out by anyone who know you as a couple
THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY JONLEASHY BUT DO I NEED TO
SUBMIT FOR MYSELF TOO. I ALREADY DID ON BEHALF OF MY WIFE..CHEERS
THANK YOU

hey guys.....
i am bit confused about my situation. i am pretty sure someone would be able to help me...
i got my RSMS 187 visa last year in december. but the business got sold 2 days after getting my visa. no one really notify department including me. will that be a problem?
i am still working at the same business with a new employer with a same contract in the regional area. so my question is ....can i apply for the citizenship now since i am permanent resident for one year.and one more thing one of my colleague she applied for her 457 through my old employer under whom i got my residency from. she transferred her nomination to the new employer.. does that mean DIBP is already aware about the selling of the business? or do i have to let them know ia m scare since its too late and i don't know about the rules...
thank u in advance

hello friends,
just a question
what happens if someone is on RSMS 187 VISA and the business get sold within a week after his visa approval.
1. what obligations does employer and employee has to follow?do we need to notify department?
2. will that affect on 187 visa holder?
3. the next employer is ready to keep him in the same contract, same location, same salary and same position.
your reply will be appreciated
thanks
