Did anyone get the nomination offshore? Do I have be onshore to get it approved?

so guys it seems they request all the documents again.

But I got requested only RCB 1404 form and genuine position exactly.

1.what you guys were requested to submit exactly?

2.are you guys still waiting for immi to contact you after submitting the documents?

3.what do you think of me leaving Aus would it have much influence on my nomination?

Hi everyone, My nomination case was opened last Friday. I was requested for more documents. They wanted to have more information on my RCB appoval and genuine position. has anyone been requested these kind of documents?

And I am going to overseas on 5 of September to apply for visa since I can apply only offshore.

But my MA said that I should stay and work as I was requested for more info especially genuine position.

What should I do? I can't cancel my flight tickets and hotel reservation because there won't be a refund..

I am waiting for my nomination which lodged on 3/12 NSW PESE LR COOK and will lodge my application offshore after the nomination approved.
