Hi, 
I am currently on 187 Visa. I worked as a cook since PR granted for 8 months. I left work due to medical issue, stress related. I had medical certificate from doctor said for me to leave work due to medical condition until I get better. Employer has no issue with me leaving. 
Wonder if I will get in any issue with the immigration officer later on because i leave work before 2 years requirement with sponsored employer.

Any previous experience with this case will be appreciated.

Yes I did.

i am bit of confused because in spreadsheet you have inserted date 02/12/15 but here you stating 03/12/15. And there you have put medical request and here you said no docs requested. Please clarify. Thanks

sorry my typo. its 02/12/2015. we did the medical check ourself without request from Immi. no document requested since we lodged our applications.

Nomination and visa lodged on 3 Dec 2015.

Occupation is cook.

No docs request.
