They did inspection in March. I got reply in May

Hey guys need ur suggestions immi visited in my restaurant in end of march. I wasn't there that time.then after two weeks they called in restaurant they take my interview over the phone. last night my ma received a email saying that our restaurant is not busy that day.officers concluded that the business does not have genuine skill need for a full time cook. they haven't refused yet. they said u have opportunity comment on this in 28 days. so stressed at the moment. any suggestions highly appreciated

timeline 14/12/2015 both same day trt after in July they requested documents on 4 July 2016 I submit after 2 weeks then last Tuesday they visit on my restaurant.

Hey bro my file was open 4 July 2017 then the requested documents I submitted in two weeks after that nothing. But I know some people got refused and they r waiting for one year

Hi everyone, yesterday I was writing with hope of getting my PR, I have been waiting from Dec 2015, but around 7pm my MA e-mail me refusal of my nomination.

Case officer gave a very stupid reason of refusal.

Company has paid for training through out from last 2years and provided them the certificate of training with receipt of payment but still he was not satisfied that they are not sure that this money has been spent to train Australian citizen or PR.

 

He didn't even ask for more information to prove this. I don't know why case officers doing this.

My MA told me to appeal and apply for MIT. She said we can prove this in court because we have all the documents or withdraw the visa file and re-lodge nomination and visa file.

Is there anyone had same problem so please help.[/QUOTe]
