    hi,

     

    I am from HR country,india

    Sponsorship application: 24th march 2016

    Nomination applied 22 april 2016

    Visa lodged 18th may 2016

    Medical done 20 June

    Additional documents submitted 2nd june 2016

     

    nothing approved till now..

    how much more time ? is frustrating.

    Now waiting...sponsorship not approved as yet.

    Strange case no news since july 2016.

    visa did not got refused, sponsorship was refused bcoz of training benchmark though sponsor had resubmitted by fulfilling the requirements,

    so now again its waiting game,

     

    company is small, first time sponsor..

    My sponsor is also small and first time sponsor

    Though they have met the training benchmark on resubmittion there has been no decision as yet.

     

    What is the occupation you applying for?

     

    Are you still waiting for this company approval or made fresh application?

     

    What is your migration agents suggesting you do now?

    hi guys,

    im writing again, dont know if anybody remembered my posts,

     

    i posted on 28/9/16 tht my 457 refused,

     

    my sponsor had been informed tht he did not full fill the requirements for training benchmark ( i dont have much details and dont even know wht is all this abt)

     

    but he had been given 21 days of time if he had any queries and can apply for review the application,

     

    my employer now fullfilled the requirement and has re submitted the sbs again a month ago, i.e. 19/9/16,

     

    if any one can help me to know...

     

    what r the chances of approval now and how much time it will take again in processing

     

    any help is much appreciated.

     

    my time line:

     

    Sponsorship and nomination applied - 17th may 2016

    visa applied - 30th may

    request for medical - 19 july

    submitted following week

    natural injustice - 28/09/16

    resubmission of sbs - 19/09/2016

     

    i have similar case but my visa did not get refused. The company sponsorship had training issues and it was resubmitted. Still awaiting outcome,. Been 3 months but no news at all.the company applied in Feb 2016.

    are you from high risk country ??

     

    My employer applied in May and further docs were submitted on June 22. Here's the complete timeline:

     

    Nomination applied: May 5

    Immi further info: June 22

    Submitted additional info: June 23

    Nomination approved: August 30

    Visa application: Sept 5

    Medical submitted: Sept 20

    Visa grant: Sept 21

     

    It took 4 months for everything which is quite normal.

    I´m an Indian citizen currently working in India and have been offered a position for 80,000 AUD in Melbourne.

    Initially I will be the only one working while my wife (Spanish) gets rolling there.

    I´ve made some numbers and they look pretty negative.

    Gross Salary: 80,000 AUD

    Tax 32,5c/AUD -26,000 AUD

    Net Salary 54,000 AUD

    Monthly Salary 4,500 AUD

    I would be going initially with the work visa (457 ).

    If I cannot use the public school system, I would have to deduct around 4,000 AUD per child/year (3) = 12,000 AUD. This leaves a family of 5 at 42,000 AUD net/year.

    Rent in an area around 1 hours away from Melbourne center. These rents are at 450 AUD/week, which is 1,800 AUD/Month.

    This leaves 700AUD for: electricity, water, phone, Internet, public transport, food, etc.

    I would appreciate it if you could help me see if these statements/numbers are correct.
