it very hard right now as my sponsor already 4 year old business and they had a manager before as sponsor . Still they asked position geniuness documents from us for that position

They also ask me for genuine position report. We submitted on 6th of November. After that no reply from immigration.

3 dependents, internal and external checks all done in December. After that didn't hear any thing from Immigration.

and my timeline is mentioned below..

 

Nomination applied 11th of September. Further information had requested but not sure which date.. MA didn't told us. And nomination approved on 29th of November..

e457 visa applied on 15th of December..

eventually.. visa application went through starightaway from received to finalised..

 

nomination -11th September 2016

nomination approved- 29th November 2016

visa applied - 15th December..

granted yesterday - 11th of February 2017...

application was straightaway from received to finalised..

Do we need to submit form 80 for dependent's of 457 visa?

My case is applied 457 on 30june, now they called my pervious employer to confirm the employment history, but my pervious employer said not really clearly, because he forgot a lots of stuff. Now immigration request me to provide official document such as tax or something like super. But I don't have this when I work in my country. So I don't what can I do? Can you guys suggest me some idea? Sigh....

Give them your bank statements the account your wages was transferred. After contacting your employer how many days they take to contact you.

They call two referees employer and company accountant..ask about employment history..

is your nomination approved already??

Once approved then SBS expired so I have to reapply SBS, nomination with Visa.. SBS approved in Oct requested genuine position report for nomination submitted it on 6th nov....they did external reference checks in end of December..after that nothing still waiting..

Can't remember the exact date but it was mid november. Did you try to follow up?

First nomination applied July 14, 2016 but got declined on Sep. 08 due to salary issues.

 

Re-applied nomination the same week

RFI requested 2nd week of November for nomination

Then visa & nomination both got approved yesterday!

 

It was a long wait but it was worth it! [emoji4]
