Any one one got nomination approval or document request this week?

Very frustrated ,nomination on 18 th march 2016, no news ,i sent email to my MA today to call immi to ask about nomination and process,hope I will get her reply tomorrow morning ,waiting offshore the worst thing which I ever experienced .hope all we hear good news soon

My mate got approved today if I remember it correctly they applied june 28 2016 and approved today. TRT stream but hes file was opened first week of February. Hopefully I would be next.

Hey guys I'm in transition from to 457 to 187.

 

Now I'm under the 457, which was apporved the 6th April 2016, then the 10th June 2016 my MA applied for the 187 visa and nomination as cook for the same employer (cosider that I have the commercial cookery IV certificate).

 

It's very sad that my first MA does not apply directly for the 187 because they told me that the 457 was easy and quick to get instead the 187, but I don't think it's true, they are just lazy people (8.000 AUD WASTED )

 

Regarding the number to call, when they send you the bridging visa, at the end of the paper you have the number of the office.

I think you are not on a TRT stream even though you are working with the same employer because you have not work for 2 years you would still fall as direct entry

Hi everyone, m new member to this forum but following this forum for awhile, my MA told me that my wife's ielts is valid for 12 months only as she is the secondary applicant. I thought for all applicant both primary and secondary the ielts validity is same, m confused can anyone help me plz...

 

And another issue is in my wife's applicant, under the English ability in question " did the applicant done English language test in last 36 months " instead of YES, mistakenly we wrote NO, I am very worried about this, but we attached her ielts. will it be reason to refuse my visa? Any solution? Please help..

Have a look in you're application that on the top corner there says update us. And under it click notification of incorrect answer. Just try looking if the question for ielta is there. [emoji3]

Yup it looks that way. At my place two people received their PR Friday/Monday just gone and they're both on Transition from 457 and applied mid July 2016.

 

I've applied DE on 2nd April 2016 (LR, Onshore) and yet to hear or have any information requested.

Dont think about it too much. If its for you its for you. Just provide all information requested. Just did mine myself hopefully it would be enough.

I can't believe it! If you realise, they are processing August for 186 visa applicatins and they are still stuck with March for the 187 ones.

I think they are processing th transition stream first because thats the priority but slow on other like DE. My mate applied on last week June 2016 but got a result early Feb. Im waiting mine applied August 2016 on Transition stream.

If you have applied the visa by yourself at the end before you submit the application it says that you have agreed to work for the nominating employer 2 more years after the visa is granted. But saying that you can leave youre employer anytime. But for me why would I risk my time, money, effort for not waiting. I dont want immigration to give a reason not to grant my permanent residency/citizenship.

Hi good day. JuSt wanting to ask if can we have our medical exam before lodging 187 visa. Just waiting for the employer to do the nomination. Ive got all my documents ready but dont have the medicals yet. Ive heard that once you lodged they would send you a code unique to you that you can have your medical done. Yes my question is that can you do it early or before lodging. Thanks.
