Why is your nomination refused?

It says ' I find that the information provided does not identify a need for a paid employee to work in position under the direct control of the nominator

The other thing is

The nominating employer has provided an organisation chart position in business where the nominee will be employed. Chart shows 9 group leader , I doesn't indicate that any of these positions are presently vacant and/or needing to be filled. The organisational chart does not indicate the names of staff members currently occupying the group leader position or the other positions within the centre.

Nomination refusal 8th February 2017

Reason is one page and I'm not sure what the reason is. I think company sponsored too many people but not sure.

I have 28 days decide and have partner who is Australian. Do you think is it enough time to apply de facto ?

Feel sorry for you but what's the reason?

I don't know why and also what should I do ?

That said there are 2 options

Review Rights

The Department of Immigration and Border Protection has advised that they may seek a review of the decision to refuse the Nomination Application. The review will address the merits of the DIBP’s decision and will be undertaken by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), a body independent of the DIBP. If the company opt to seek a review, they must do so within 21 days from the date of the letter which is 24 February 2017. Each AAT Application will cost $1,673.00.

Re-Lodging

Another option would be to re-lodge a New Nomination Application and a Visa Application. We would then have to withdraw the current visa pending. Unfortunately, we will not be refunded for the visa fees either way.

Hi all, I'm new this forum. I moved to Canberra to apply 187 visa. So I've found the centre which is willing to do 187 visa. They did in previous. So my question is, do I still need imagination agency, if they know how to apply ?

I'm planing to apply Rsms visa187 for child care but I have question about the list of regional post codes. Has the list been changed or the still same ? I looked at the website but couldn't find the list.
