    I called my MA yesterday. Asked about nomination status, he said status is still received. Then I asked when my turn would be any guess? he said you can hear something by the end of next month. I just want to kill my self. Immi lady also was saying that your file can be allocated within 4-6 weeks when I called to immi 2 weeks ago. 3-4 more weeks or more long, don't know how to pass this time and how to survive?? I Am just pissed of all of this.

    Nom required mor doc on 11/07/2016

    Submitted 27/07/2016

    Grant on 24/08/2016 Both Nom and Visa

    Hi everyone goodluck for new week my 9 months are completed and started 10th month 20 days after submitting requested documents could anyone tell me please how long they took after submitting documents thanks in advance very hard to wait but cant do anything

     

    I was told it would take 4-8 weeks to reopen files

    they are losing peoples trust.

    yes they will stop working on Friday.hahahaha.

    For money,they usually stop working.

    what a joke.

    what did they do for government?everyday they drink coffee,and sit on the seat, cheak one application,then take a rest or go home before 5:00pm. why should they ask for more salary?!!!!!!!!!****.

    bcs I have applied for new AFP on 5/8/16 last Friday but still haven't got anything

     

    Bcs I'm waiting for AFP for submit requested ducuments regards my visa aplication

    I'm very woried

    pls tell me ,this information will be very helpful for me

    my file has been allocated case officer on today

    I lodged my file at nsw but allocated from wa

     

     

    thry ask following documents

    form 80 for my wife main aplicant

    firm 80 for myself

    Australia federal police for my self but it's already attached and it's just 8 months old

     

    visa lodged - 20/11/2015

     

    You are so lucky to be allocated to WA

    in my immiaccount i can see also, its says you emedical is not yet determined,

    it also says details will be displayed when the person returns to this page, i spoke

    to the ma they said i have to wait for until DIBP raise my case, do you reckon i can

    call immi office and find out if they can help to resume it. suggestions please, thanks

    I am in same situation too we submit requested documents on 11 May and after that my MA send two email to Immi but no answer yet

     

    Pat.

    Should make an official complaint.

    I submitted required documents on July 8. If no reply till the end of August I will ask my MA to make an official complaint on behalf of myself.

    Hi, everyone , I have question regarding my nomination application , I applied nomination in august 2015, my file was open in feb 2016, and they asked more information, my employer provide this,and then again in April they asked more information regarding my nomination, we provided all this,till that no news from immi, so can some one tell me about this, why they taking so long, is that normal or not , plz suggest me, all the senior of this blog, like Zoya, khem, gauvi and all others,,,​

     

    It's uncommon to take nearly a year to approve nomination, nor usual waiting four months for reply after submitting requested documents.

    I suggest you asking your MA to follow up with DIBP as soon as possible.

    Hi,

     

    I updated my documents 12 July. :)

     

    I updated on July 8, no response yet.

     

    My MA phoned DIBP yesterday and was told to wait for another couple of weeks coz they currently have a large backlog of applications they are working through.

     

    Frustrated

     

    Anyway enjoy your PR!!!

    19 Nov 2015 Nom & Visa applied

    27 June 2016 Nom approved & documents requested ( health examination and police check )

    29 July 2016 Visa granted

     

    Nursing (RN) / onshore / DE

    LR / NSW
