Got the bad news on wednesday... Nomination refused
cook, QLD, 13 july 2016....
No documents requested. Due to financial reason...
 gave 28 days to withdraw the visa application. I was on bridging visa. Can someone give me good advice what i can do.?? What are the options i got to stay in Australia??

Hi everyone. I have applied 187 visa on 4/april/2017. Before my boss has sponsor for 457 visa but she is not continuing now. Do I need to pay for training bench mark. According to new rules shall we need to continue or not please give me your valuable advice.

Immi call my owner on last thusday and said will give you your result in another 2 or 3 days tomorrow is thusday it’s being 7 days. Can’t even sleep properly. Just thinking about this. Stressing now

Yes. I already wrote about it couple of months ago to create a petition, then see how many files not allocated even. Then may take to tony bourke. He seems better person than potato head immi minister Peter dutton.

Seriously? I was from 31 march 2016 and was granted on march 2017 Its been almost 9 months . Just checked above, they havent finalized april in 9 month yet?[emoji88][emoji88][emoji88]

Hi , 28 May 2016 nomi nd 5 June 2016 Visa as chef on sure .... I remembered from March 2016 they haven’t changed April I feel very disappointed now

Hey guys, I’ve lodge my pr in december 2016, it’s been 10minths and no news yet. My boss is now planning to sell the business in January 2018 but my 186 hasn’t been approved ( or refused yet).
i know for a fact if the restaurant is sold my application is cancelled.
anyone out there who can give me an advice ? I’ve been in the country for 6 years, worked as restaurant manager all that time: I’ve am graduated from a hospitality management school in the uk and have been a perfect and loyal worker I australia. I’m so scared it will not be approved before December 2017...

Nomination date 28 May visa 5 June still waiting  I have submitted my police clearance last year in May nd if they validate for a year then about to expire do have to do them again thanks
