Yeah that' what I did. I gave them a call the lady said they can't see the ielts file on the immi account and  asked to reupload+email

The have also requested for English Language ability for the secondary applicant, however we have attached ielts on 5th Jan 2018. The agent said its fine no need to take any action because we have submitted already... should I give them a call and ask?

what they mean by audited balance sheet 

As I know Balance sheet is for the employer nomination and sometimes it's required to be audited and signed by accountant. Hope it helps

Not yet but i fully submit all documents. I think my Visa is far away I submit it on Jan  2017, but who knows maybe will be opened soon

just to let you know my nomination has been approved by NSW today. Applied on 3 of May, Cook, HR. 

No documents requested 

What about ur 485? When it has aspirational date? Bridging visa becomes valid after your current visa expires.

What is the reason for the nomination refusal?

No they have not asked for any docs as my nomination has not been opened yet. Has anyone have any idea if they will ask for that?

Hi Guys, 

Have any of you been required the following documents for cook occupation employer nomination:

Floor plan of the establishment

- Menu – I am not sure whether its store has different menu, please provide the Hammond Park one

- Photos of the kitchen and dining area

- Liquor licence if the restaurant serves alcoholic beverages

- Any restaurant industry award given to the restaurant award
