Anyone closely this timeline and how long it take to wait for opening file ?

i guess at least 4-6 months as nowadays it takes around a year if you are from HR country ..

I am the main applicant of 187 RSMS Employer sponsorship visa i added my wife as dependent .

We got our visa approved in 2015 december .

I am still with same employer.can my wife work in different state ? Or does she have to stay in same regional place only ??.

Today I want to ask a favour from everyone .... today I try to open my case on immi link and found my visa got refuse on 27 September and till date my agent dint inform me .... I want to take legal action about him .... can anyone plz tell what can I do .... I waited for this visa so long and today I heated this .... the reason behind refusal was that I was not having 5 yr experience . Plz frnds help me I request you .

why do you need 5 years experience? Have you got RPL certificates? If you have RPL then you have to have 5-6 years work experience.

how come he didn't inform you? Didn't you track your application before?

So frustrated as we already gave our Migration agent the AFP, home police checks and Form 80s back in August as we told him we wanted all submitted at once to avoid delays but obviously he didn't submit all :mad:

What a shame. You should have checked in Immi account as well mate. In my case, I used to check all the time if anything is missing. My MA missed some documents and I forced her to upload it straight away. Now you just have to wait not other options. Good luck mate.

Hello everyone i hope all is well... i just want to share my never ending frustration with my application i have applied my nomination deeber 2015 and until now no oneis handling it as far as immigration said i just have to wait. My visa application is quite fine as they requested documents on oct 2016. My visa application was lodged on march 2016. They said that there is no futjer need for my visa application but i have to wait for my nination. I get it waiting is the game but how would immigration let it happen to have an nomination sitting there for more than a year and yet no one is handling it. If assesment is going on would it really take that ñong when you need to verify things about the employer? i domt know what to do i called immigration direction for manybtimes and thats all they say... wait...

so that means you haven't get nomination refused by Immi?

I'm confused now as you said you have got refused and now you are saying not need done. Can you please explain what happening?

After that I tried calling him even sent many emails he don't reply . I have my file id and transaction id which is on my bridging visa as I am offsore. Plz tell me is it fine to call immigration to get update on my visa . Plz suggest .... thanks in advance

you can call but from overseas it would be so expensive I guess as it's not easy to get someone on the phone straight away

No offense but I have no clue what you on about anyway my timeline as follows

Nomination September 2015

Nom granted 28/06/2016

Visa 12 July 2016 went Offshore

Granted 11 Jan 2017

 

I think having approved nom went my way.

You are right as you got nomination approved before apply so it's different then others.

Immigration will eventually move they are too much behind its bad for the businesses. Let say they can finish the March applicant this month of January and do the April applicant on Feb and if you have a strong case have a legit employer (big company) that doesn't need to much assessing and decision ready case (no docs required) they might jump on our May case and get it at the end of Feb if we get lucky hold on tight..

so you want immigration to finish march and April in one month? For last 6-8 months it takes more than two months to finish one month. Hope for the best mate but I don't think Immi will be able to finish march by end of February. Nowadays the waiting time is 10-11 months.

he was from 24th of June but it was ENS as he was on 457 in regional area same like 186.

you don't have to apply for it. It will be sent out automatically as I got mine within 5 days of my visa approval.

Today is my day guys to share this news that I got the golden mail at 10:35 this morning which says my visa has granted.... I am so happy .. immi did not asked any documents. My 457 visa expire in January 2017 and new nomination was grant this july and I also applied rsms nomination and visa 28 june 2016 . I need suggestions on 457 visa . Should I apply again 457 visa or leave and wait for rsms ..can anyone help me in this thanks

you are good mate. You don't have to apply for another 457 as you have applied for 187 it will allow you work and stay here till you get decision on you application. By the way is it direct entry or TRN?

Hi guys, a friend told me something last night that I ve never heard before. An immi officer told her boss that the 2 years count from when you apply for your visa not when the visa is granted. That's why we are eligible for medicare. Has anyone ever heard of that before?

No way mate it's wrong information. It starts from the date of visa approval.

Did they ask you overseas police clearance certificate.

Yes mate you must have your overseas police clearance as well.
