Hi everyone I lodged my 186 nom & visa in nov. 2015 still waiting. Actually our company was under monitoring now case officer has requested for medical and  AFP wa have submitted. Does it mean monitoring has been finished or not nomination not been granted yet though. Any suggestions plz??

Hi guys can anyone suggest me when does it change to received mine is still in progress I've already sent them requested documents been there n half months already this wait is killing me

That is strange. Usually they grant ur application after 30 to 45 days of document request. U were supposed to get it by 2nd week of august. Well i just checked through the whole sheet found out only few applicant waited nearly 4 month after doc request. Im also frustrated mate hope for the best.

 

By the way, did u contact immi about ur nom application?

I sent them requested doc. On 1st july still no response more than three months.

Thats bad.. when CO sent u email for requesting more doc there is a phone number at the bottom of the letter. U will need to get ur MA to call that number then talk to the CO. Ur doc request was very simple straight forward. That should take that long. I really hope u get pr in few days after calling

What kind of document they requested?

Pay summaries for last two year. Group certificates and notice of assessment by ATO

What u just said ur nomination is still pending. I think they intentionally put on hold some of the applications. Specially the occupation that less demand.

I applied in November 2015 nom n visa altogether. They requested documents back in June submitted by 1st July no response yet sick of waiting ⌚️
