If you are based in NSW, you can try virtual.ceremony.nsw@homeaffairs.gov.au, but would require compelling reason to want to have a virtual ceremony.

Yeah, had my virtual ceremony on the 20 May, I was approved on 8 April, requested for VC on 29 April, got the invite on 5 May. Bayside Council, NSW

appear to be not working, I’m sending email, but it said the message couldn’t deliver. I believe they cancel the email or they have change it,

Try virtual.ceremony.nsw@homeaffairs.gov.au and make sure you explain your situation and attached the letter of offer from the uni.

I managed to request for virtual ceremony with the same reason for needing to apply for HECS-HELP loan.

What got yours done so quickly? Did you request priority or are you from an unusual country/profession?

no priority request, it's just transfer of 457 nomination for same ANZSCO Market Research Analyst, from Singapore

That depends on many things, my visa took only 4 days to be granted since my application.

 

Now I need it to be transferred and I heard it could take 40 days, is this really happening?

Mine got transferred in about 3 weeks, lodged on 23rd Oct, approved 8th Nov.

Visa submitted: 3 Mar 2016

Nomination approved: 14th April 2016

Visa granted: 18th April 2016
