After 20 months of waiting, received request today for my Sponsor’s (husband) PCC of Pakistan from birth till date. Sponsor’s Australian PCC was already provided last year. When my husband received PR, he had already provided all PCCs but im guessing they cant trace link between his PR and my TR application.

its not unusual as immi also asked my (sponsor) PCC from Pakistan, even I have provided all docs at the time of PR. and my wife got visa in 10 and half months, on 1st April 2019. and they gave only 38 days for first arrival, that's bit unusual but it doesn't matter coz you are waiting for this from months.

Hi Sandy, actually I knew that this application will take long time like 8-9 months so I applied for PCC and medical after 6 months of visa application date, in september. so I can say that PCC and medical are still valid.   but PCC from my home country was expired month ago.

    visa and nomination . 22 april 2016

    granted 29 may 2017

    no docs required.

  3. mate I dont have any idea about second applicant's IELTS.

Thank yo so much for your response, I thought like that too but my MA told 3 yrs for main applicant and only 12 months for secondary applicant which dnt make sense.

    nomination 6th April 2016

    visa 7th April 2016

    no news at all..

    status says received

  4. Hi Nnnn,

yes you can see nomination approval letter if you have paid all fees to agent. visa application processing time depends upon when you lodged visa application. if you lodged visa and nomination at same date then visa is granted mostly with in 2 months after nomination approval. 95% are chances to get visa approval after nomination approval

    Hi

    my kind friends,

Plz help me i m on very frustrating mode. I got nominantion approved 187 rsms on 30-11-16. I want to knw that can i see nomination approved letter from my agent ? How much time to get visa after nomination approved ? My another question is how much chances to get visa or refuse visa after nomination approved ? N any legal time to reply by immi department abt visa after nomination approved ? My last question is can i inquire direct to immigration department?

    Plz reply asap

    Thanks a lot

  5. hi apache, is your previous employer from australia or from home country?

Hi bi am new to this forum, i applied for--(onshore) 187 (DE) as Cook on February last week and done medicals by mid March..I applied RCB, Nomination and Visa together My RCB got approved on May 10th and nomination got approved by October 17th. Finally the case officer got allocated on October 27th and asked some additional documents such as my group certificates, detailed resume and some evidences for my marriage and relation. They called my previous employer and verified my work reference in November last week. But till haven't got any reply.
