Hi, my bachelor's degree is also from Bangalore uni and it was equivalent to an ausi degree during assessment

hello, i'm seeking help if anyone having access to India CEP can advise if my bachelor of engineering (Mechanical) from bangalore University done with first class between 1994 to 1999 is equivalent to a degree in Australia. This info would save the cost of applying for a qualification assessment via Vetasses. I have already qualified from ACS for skills. thank you.
