Hi Laura , What job are you going to be doing??
I am a nurse and desperately looking for work on a 457 sponsorship visa in Bunbury or Bustleton WA.
I am going over to register in person in July with the Nursing regulatory body AHPRA but work is sparse. I'm looking for help !!

Thankyou for you response.
If anyone else knows of any Nursing positions going in Bunbury WA and sponsorship on 457 visa please let me know. Or anyone I could contact for support.
Many thanks

Hi
Just wondering if anyone has had a pending 457 which was in process prior to the 18th April announcement approved in the last few days?
My application for a 457 went in on the 22nd March. I am still on the Short Term Skill List (so am aware I can only get a 2 year visa now) but I am still waiting to hear of the outcome.
I was just wondering if anyone in a similar position has had theirs approved recently?
I'm an anxious wreck waiting for the visa to come through!!
Thanks.
Hi
I have just received information that I have been accepted on the AHPRA register and now need to find a job as a Registered Nurse on a 457 visa in Bunbury WA.
Not sure where to start and what the new law states so any information you could give me would be great. I too have been hanging on for over a year for a decision and now have more hoops to jump through!
Thanks

Hi
I am just starting the application process for general registration with AHPRA, what a minefield. Can anyone tell me if I am required to complete an International criminal history check form. I have lived in the uK all my life never been outside the country for more than 6 months. I have an up to date DBS (CRB) form bu the question is not clear . I have no criminal convictions. ?
I am also looking ot get a solicitor to sign all of my qualification forms passport etc.
Has anyone got any other advice or tips?
Thanks

Hi
the only new introduction is the International criminal history check that everyone is apparently supposed to complete now?

That's really exciting.!!
I go out next week to present in person to the AHPRA nursing board in Perth so that I can get registered. Will be looking for sponsorship Nursing jobs in and around Bunbury WA so that I can complete my 457 visa, however this is proving difficult. If anyone has any contacts that might help I would be happy to hear form you.
Thanks
