Alright everyone. This freckn waiting game is over for me now. I knew I'll get my PR but waiting was killing me. Finally I have got our approvals today. I spent 8 years in Australia.

I hope you all get yours soon. Especially aussiepr, mirza, dara and there was another guy I can't remember his name.

Anybody did site visit for you guys? They visit my office and finalize the report last month. Then today I got the good news .

payslips, bank statement,contract etc, a lot of docs, they sent a list for me.....preparing....actually most of them had provided when submitted the visa, but my ma said maybe they are come from different departmrnt

Last week was soo quiet. After u ozdream had site visit then got his pr 2 days later. Last week my company had site visit but they were after another applicant who applied 1 and half month after mee.

Hi Guys, they just leaved! Now I told you all the details. They come to my workplace and look for my boss. Today our reception is on her sick leave so I go outside and met 2 ladies. They want talk with me then we go to the meeting. Around 1 hour's talk. Questions: 1. Annual leave and sick leave 2. salary and gross pay, payment date 3. work process 4. give some colleges name and job 5. tell them some clients name 6. recent work, explain what are you doing these days 6. how they pay salary All the questions they will go deeper according to your answer. and the whole interview took around 1 hour. then they want walk around my office and show all the workplaces. then came back to my computer, let me show them some work evidence, and ask me to find the recent payslipe through. This is why they saw my email. But they didn't talk with my manager and accountant....my ma said maybe they thought my answer is good enough and enough evidence...so they thought needn't talk with other guys....

and when they require me to open my email, i beileve they saw i am reading this forum..

Guys, can you believe, they are doing office visit right now!!!!just finish an 1 hour interview with me, and now interviewing my colleges!!!!!

And it says EN/186. Grant date 26 May 2016

 

 

But I have not heard anything from my Migration Agent yet.

Hi Bro, One of my friend come from china and applied june 2015, 1 time doc request but no office visit, pending until now as well...So i think no matter LR or HR countries will met with this pending both....

All the guys from september waiting: @aussiepr, @mirzaa, @camlucas , @tjtjray, @dara11. Can I ask where you are from?

I called immi yesterday and I got specific information saying that they are waiting for a response from a third party agency (ASIO, I believe) for some checks. They are just as frustrated as us because they want to close the applications but have to wait just like us. I guess it was triggered by my Indian origin, but just trying to make sense.

 

Also, have any of you had visits to you business that could be delaying your processing?

Hello everyone,

 

PR approved this morning (24 May). The delay was due to the discrepancy with my health examination. Not the actual results but more on my name as my HAP ID only had my first name and last name, but CO said it had to reflect even my middle name which is odd because when I filed online for my HAP ID in the "my health Declarations" in immaccount, the fields were only asking for a first and last name. How the hell should I know that I needed to indicate my middle name together with the given name. This has resulted in 30 days of delay before it was approved. And the CO only approved it when my MA persisted that it was ridiculous for me to redo the health examination only because of the technicality in the name. This concern may be applicable to those nationalities wherein your middle name is indicated in your passport. Might worth checking with your MA.
