    Can someone tells me that i have to wait more or withdraw my file ..... I have no patience now its all over ..... Because my employer's company is under monitoring and dnt know yet hoe long it will take ...... Firstly employer's company will get clean chit from DIBP. They have some issue some of issues are cleared but some of them still under monitoring...... It's frustrating time cant wait so long ....... A year passed away now m thinking to withdraw the file and find the new sponsor

    ....... Plz suggest me what i have to do it ???? Do i have to wait or withdraw my file ???? Plz plz help me

    Hi guys need some help Have anyone here renewed indian passport in aus if yes what is the real time frame for that because official time frame is upto 4 weeks thanks

    N waiting is killing me

    That's mean I have to wait anthor 2 month it's already more then 9 month waited you know that already

     

     

    Don't use the un experience MA's who can screw our life

    Yes thats true but if the status changed from assessment in progress to information requested then it's sure that they asked for some more documents. In my case happened this thing.

    My account status went application recieved to information requested to assessment in progress

    My Immi account wasn't working before but when I checked again now it's went information requested to assessment in progress ....

    Is anybody know about this properly ?

    Yes it means immi requested more documents from you or your employer.... Just check in view application mailbox. There you can check the list of correspondence also you can check the details what information they requested again ....

    Hi, everyone , I have question regarding my nomination application , I applied nomination in august 2015, my file was open in feb 2016, and they asked more information, my employer provide this,and then again in April they asked more information regarding my nomination, we provided all this,till that no news from immi, so can some one tell me about this, why they taking so long, is that normal or not , plz suggest me, all the senior of this blog, like Zoya, khem, gauvi and all others,,,​

    Can anyone on this forum please share some news regard 187 as I am dying to hear about my application.. It's completed 8+ months but no news which is killing me day by day.. I think I will have mental problem because I think too much about my application.. I was ok until 7 months mark but when it crossed 8 months I am like a mad man.. If CO has assigned for my case I could say myself that my application is being processed but having no idea about is a big problem.. I try to forget about it but can't.. I have been in oz for 8 years and I have spent lots of money for my study for my future but it is still uncertain... I have become hopeless, poor,mental about my future.. Any positive suggestion can give me power to tackle with this life threatening problem

    457 ending,can I have a visitor visa for a year?

    Hi all,my 457 visa is ending after 4 years,and it looks like I will not have a job by Sept.Local has the job offer.The question is ,can I get a visitor visa for a year?

    I would like to have at least 6 months hols and then start search for employer to sponsor me for another 457.(Registered Nurse)btw.

    Any advice??

     

    If you have 457 visa then thia visa conditions are that you r eligible for permanent residency after 2 year ......... You should talk with your agent regarding PR

    There u go mate. U have been contacted for docs. Im actually looking for people who are like me. Who have been waiting since september but never contacted by immi never asked any doc.

     

    Btw they contacted u at around 8th month. what docs they requested?

    Hey are u on the sheet?? I have been trying to get people who are waiting over 9 months. I applied 7th sept. No response yet. Keep us updated mate

     

    No i am not .... Actually i don't know how to add my self on spreadsheet .....

    At 3 months u are waiting patiently

    At 4 to 5 months u are excited a bit.

    At 6 months u are excited so much also very little worried.

    At 7 months u are worrying too much.

    At 8 months worrying, getting pissed off, frustration building up.

    At 9 months u are pissed off so much that u wanna tear ur hair off. U had enough. So depressed

    At 10 months onward u cant take this anymore so u give up. Life is going on let it go . U cant do much about it. But inside it hurts so much. U are unhappy at all time

     

    You are right ....... I gave up now .... I dnt think so any thing positive will come now [emoji17] its almost 10 months
