I am waiting since sep 2015 no response co allocated for my file in april 2016 asked for my partner's ielts then immi visit at workplace in nov 2016 after that requested docs for nomination in dec 2016 after that nthing still waiting .. sick of waiting

Hi there just just wondering if they have visited to your work place. If yes what they asked ?

I am waiting for my visa from last 17 month and don't know what's happing

they visited my workplace after 14 months but unfortunately i am on maternity leave so i have no idea but did co allocated to ur file or just u haven't heard anything yet?

Does anyone have idea when do they process again after they visit workplace? Sep applicants any update guys?

and what about immi status is it showing in processing or received?

If your friends explained that you are on maternity leave I dont think so that will be problem.You shouldnt worry and dont stress too much.I hope you will hear good news

Don't worry u will get the approval. One of my mate had the same situation.

So what did they ask to ur mate nd when did the get visa after baby was born or later?

do you recon they only visit while processing the nomination or they can visit after nomination approval?/

i am very scared too as my nomination was approved in june i applied in dec2015

and now visa applied after nomination approval and waiting??/

Honestly no predictions bcus they asked my partner's ielts in april nd now they visited me today so u never know what they do

I work in city.. As web admin.. v r 5 all together nd some staff is moved to warehouse... but they didn't leave any contact information or any letter for us to contact them.. i am scared as its been 14 months v r waiting for it nd now god knows

My file is not going through any checks or verification at the moment.. its just sitting there. He doesnt know why CO is not finalising my application. He also said because of some COs mistake or careless the whole team suffers. They says there is applocation backlog thats why its taking time. I think its all bulls***. Some COs are really irresponsible. And guess what many of these COs are migrants.[/quote']

I am also in the same situation.

I applied for RSMS visa on 21st Sep. Will be going on maternity from 4th November.

 

My HR said that I can take up to 1 year unpaid maternity leave on my 457 visa.

My work place have no obligation for me to go on unpaid maternity upto 1 year.

But I am hoping to go back to work in May, as I can't afford to stay without income.

My MA said that when the baby is born, we just need to add the baby to the application.

 

If I get my PR by April, I may opt for part time.

 

Hope for the best.
