Yes once your application is approved you get an official letter outlining the approval and giving information regarding your ceremony.
However you can update your address via immi account.

Hi I applied may 2019 just had my test today 7/08/19 and passed. How long till I find out a date for my ceremony?

Do we get a ceromany invitation by post or in immi account messegaes as well .... can anybody reply please

Is citizenship application quicker for applicants from regional areas(small towns) than metros like Sydney and Melbourne?

I got approved on 17th May and I am still waiting for my ceremony invitation to come.
Can I ask what do you mean by "Ceremony email received by both DOHA and Council" ?
And did they inform you the time of ceremony by letter ?

I don't think this is correct, it just depends. Some have their application approved on the same day as test, others have been waiting for months. You will receive your approval letter a few days after your immiaccount shows 'approved'

Yes, 35 days after more information requested, I’m still waiting for visa.

Hey my friend.
After you submitted the documents, I supposed you (or your migration agent) clicked on the button "Information Provided" on the ImmiAccount website. Did you also call them or e-mail them to notify that the information requested have been submitted??

My MA told me this a while ago. Of course with Immi everything is unpredictable however apparently they do wait 28 days to reopen your file, even if you deliver the documents 2 split seconds after the request.
