You mean that the immigration doesn't ask 3 yrs of post qualification ? . I also search carefully but they only ask 3 yrs of relevant experience. Is it right ?

IMM requested 3 yrs of experience. It means 3 yrs of full time experience or 3 yrs of post qualification or based on skill accessment department ' requirement.

As my friend said that , immigrant web state clearly that at least 3 years of relavant work experience not require 3 yrs post qualification.

She apply visa 187 with 3 yrs relavant experience and only 1 yr post qualification and now she was asked to submit health check I think she nearly be granted PR. 

I wonder if require 3 yrs post qualification depend on some specified occupations not for all. Is it right?

If you can not prove you have enough 3 yrs experience as their ' request. The application will be rejected although yr nomination is approved.

I have the same situation wz you. My expire visa 457 was Oct 29 but my lawyer applied nomination 186 Transition before that on Aug 25. We are waiting for approval nomination

Pls help me to adv if I can logde nom application before 2 yrs working of 457 2 months earlier. By the way, anyone else was granted PR 186 TRT if you have been working for yr employer just 23 months before lodging nomination application.

One morr question. Complete 2 yrs wz yr employment is one of requirement to grant 186 PR, but 2 yrs is based from the date you signed labour contract or from the date you started to work for them.

From what I know you need to be with same employer at the same office for 2 years minimum to be eligible for 186 application.

My timeline

Nom: 25 aug

Visa: 28 Oct.

My problem is that I worked for my old and sponsored employer 1 yr and 9 months.At that time, my employer applied nomination and letter to immigration for my visa 186. And now, I also working at the same position and the same company but wz the new boss. I am wondering if it is effect negatively to my grant visa. Because the sponsored employer sold this company to the new one. Anyone who know this situation , give me any adv.
