Get your police Certs copied in office works then go to a justice of the peace get the verified and stamped

scan them onto a computer and email to PVC team

Also I forgot if one of your police certs is a wife which I mean married is her maiden name stated on the police cert

I got caught out on this and had to get another police cert with maiden name on it

    regards

After being requested for further document, do people generally email them through to the PVC team as and when you get each document ready, or is it better to gather all of the required documents and send them all in one email?  So my parents have 4 police clearance certificates that they need to provide, and the form 80 etc, not sure if I should send them through as I get them?

    Hi Angela,

When I said we uploaded the AoS acceptance letter I meant we scanned it and sent it in an email to the PVC. As I said, I’m sure I read somewhere that visa applicants shouldn’t rely on Centrelink sending the acceptance letter to the PVC, they should also send it to the PVC.

    I hope this makes sense.

    David

    Hello

I done the exact same as David I send the acceptance letter in an email to the pvc team can’t be taking any chances now I emailed it to them the 13 November still waiting on the second vac invoice let you know Angela when I get

    and thanks again David

Hi Kevvo, may i ask how you submited BG document to Centrelink?

    Hello

both myself and my daughter whom is the sponsor went to the Centrelink office where she done  the application

gave the person all the documents from comm bank ect and she scanned everything and she uploaded the documents to my daughters Centrelink file

with the result no errors or mistakes

I didn’t want to upload myself because of all the problems other people are having on this forum

may I add the staff in Centrelink are amazing will do anything to help

it’s the system that is causing these problems

    Regards

    Hi Kevvo,

The next step will be your daughter (assuming she is your assurer) receiving the AoS acceptance letter from Centrelink. Once you get this you must scan it and email it to the PVC. My guess is the acceptance letter will take a week or so to come. There’s no need to contact your case officer until the acceptance letter arrives.

    Good luck!

    David

  8. Hello all

what I want to know is this correct or do I need to contact my case officer or what happens next if someone whom has recently completed this can they advise

Everything is sent to you on the email you will receive. It mentions that your sponsor can send the application on their MyGov account which our son did. As he had never claimed anything from centre link he had to visit to prove his identity and be given a CRN number. Centre link actually set the account up for him.

Once you open MyGov, you click on Centre link and I think claims and then AOS. There are four sections to complete and the only problem we had was not knowing which file number to insert...... it’s the one with BCC in front of it.

We chose to do it online because you can see any progress and it’s supposed to be faster..... we shall see.

Took a morning to do but that was because our son had to visit Centre link and he lives in Sydney and we are visiting Melbourne and both of us couldn’t log in to the same MyGov account at the same time. You are sent a phone code each time for security.

Obviously doing it that way I’m afraid I know nothing about the paper version.

We submitted on the 1st Nov and received a receipt saying our AOS would be completed Dec13th.......I’m not holding my breath.

Like others I’ll let you know how we go and if their are any hiccups that are avoidableemoji106.png

bridge don’t pay any attention to that our AOS application was submitted  on 14 August said it would be completed by 20 September,,it’s an automated response  our AOS application was completed last Friday 1st November wating for arrival of letter to send the money so expect 10 plus weeks of more waiting

WHAT? You can't be serious right..... how did they lodge the application? If by online, they should be able to see the application status.

I want to make a suggestion here to all the people whom have gone through the Centrelink saga as it has to many variations

can every on that is finished with Centrelink please post here what they have done start to finish from application to payment earlier post about setting up bank account to pay it great info  from my own experience I feel it’s a case of them making it up as we go along also if we had everyone’s input it helps so much because one little mistake with Centrelink can cost so much time backtracking with the application

got request  email for police Certs , medicals. and form 80 the 6th August 2019 as we are in Australia on a 600 visa got medicals done 15 August with Bupa in Brisbane

have to say about Bupa such a professional visa medical centre staff so helpful

submitted form 80 , coloured full A4 copy’s of our passports and police certs by registered post 17 August  on this topic the copy of the passports my advice on this to save anyone any rejection of the passport copies take a photo of your passports with an good phone go to Office works and get them printed on quality paper in A4 and don’t forget these 2 copy’s have to be certified by a commissioner for justice or Oaths

my daughter has done the AOS application with Centrelink which she said was a very polite and friendly encounter

got an email Monday 19 from immigration my wife’s police clearance cert was refused because her maiden name was not stated on the document so warning to all future applicants make sure the maiden name is on the police certificate or on all documents and copy’s of passports are correct

    hope this info will help
