The officer just noted that there is an extra form which she’ll forward across via immi and once returned she’ll be able to finalise her assessment. I received it that afternoon and returned it on the same day both via email and on immi as well.

Hi Oshan,

They requested form 1399 to be submitted. This included further info on education history (Primary school to PHD studies lol), Employment history from when I was 16 to present and the rest was not applicable to me to do with military service etc. Never heard of this form issued to other english applicants. 

Anyway, we shall wait and see.
