RCB approved: 6 Nov 2016

Nomination approved: 4 July 2017

Visa applied: 1 Mar 2017

Application opened: 4 July 2017 (note this is the same day taht my nomination was approved, so very peculiar)- my MA and I were pleasantly surprised by the application being opened so quickly.  They requested for some reference letters from my previous employers which we provided by 11th July 2017.

And that was it!! - I have been waiting for correspondence ever since.

My employer contacted Immi by phone in May 2018 and we were only told "it is being looked at" and the guy wouldn't say another word.

You can imagine my level of frustration.

Please share you thoughts and experiences.

Has any one in WA heard from immi recently?

Hi dear, if your nomination has approved then don't worry you must call to immigration, coz I did after my nomination immigration requested some documents and for 2 month didn't heard any things then I decided to call them with confidence and next day early morning I got my permanent residency after Ten years!! So believe in yourself. Don't forget to call them early morning keep handy your all details

Hello everyone!! Finally with God grace I got chance to post good news.My Pr has been granted yesterday on very best day (Diwali day)In early morning. Hi guys, my nomination has been approved today, in this morning without asking any further documents for nomination, my employer got call yesterday and been asked for qeniune need, why they are not looking after their business

Why they need manager?

From me they asked my kids passport clear copy, and my name evidence I used my father's last name on marriage certificate but did not have on any other legal document. I don't know what I should do

Hi guys, today my employer received a call from Immi regarding my file inqury. but no case officer assigned yet is it normal, we have been updating all documents a to z all the required informations has provided to caller.

Hi my Brother got assigned case officer, Applied in 26th April  2016 Position baker, documents requested as job description, evidence of employment such as Payslip,super bank statements and his medical too. location Perth is it positive sign for him.

Secondly i have been in Aus for 10 years, now im on 457 visa. i applied 187 nomination in 2015 which was got refused due to financial reason again appiled in 2016 & dec RCB, NOMINATION, VISA all together.still no news from immi, it's been 19th month stress getting me down, i have 5 years little to look after too. some time can't be a person i use too, not even gud mum just beacuse of stress. i applied in early dec no reply restaurant manager and my friend as a baker April 2016 

gud morning everbody, i been reading this form for long time.yesterday my MA called to let me know that my nomination has been refused due to financial reason.he submitted expired lease. My employer and me were giving them all documents on time but they did not submitted on required time.i am on 457 visa and have a little kid to look after. My MA messed up with my file.what i should do. if i wait for 2 year to complete it's long way to go.i have to wait another 10 months to lodge 186. guys plz help me.

Finally my file is open, yesterday got call from MA he says further information is requested.

Other employees pay slips, organization chart and genuine position justification.going to provide today any idea how long will take after this. 9 months been finished from September will start 10th.
