hi i am in category of (55+5) too... applied for EOI on 07th dec 2015 got invitation on 14th dec 2015.applied for nomination on 18 dec 2015. still waiting for invitation....

i searched some forums and got to know that some software engineer and devloper (55+5 pointers) got invitation in 6-7 months... but currently 65 pointers queue has been cleared and 60 pointers has just started which means if 60 pointers queue is cleared and there is stlll some seat for us (55+5) then we may get invited till may or june in my guess

No, I have submitted EOI without assistance of any agent.But I got an info that one of my senior brother got invitation after 11 months of submitting EOI with 55+5 pts. he is a development programmer.

EOI submitted with NSW SS (for extra 5 pts) for subclass 190 on sept. 2015

What do you guys think of my situation?? this waiting is killing me....

also i have my brother (PR holder) in melbourne, if he sponsers me then i will be eligible for Provisional visa which, compared to 190, is not intresting......

please suggest me of how long should i wait for invitation from NSW or should i go for provisional visa??

Not surprising that you haven't been invited on the 189 yet, there is a large backlog and at this moment the points score of people being currently invited is 65. It's difficult to say how long this will continue.

As for the 190 nomination, this situation goes hand in hand with the issues with 189 invites. I suspect that most 60 point 189 applicants will, like yourself, have prospective 190 EOI's in as well which in itself clogs the system up.

6 months has passed and yet you are waiting... i think i will too have to wait long for SS. if you are processing through any agent then does he has any information about SS of NSW??

No, still waiting for invitation. Anybody has any update regarding this?

Anybody got state nomination invitation from NSW in recent times(July-2015,August-2015) as telecommunication network engineer(263312) or Telecommunications Engineer(263311) ?

 

I have submitted my EOI at 5th June,2015 with 55 points for 190 visa invitation for NSW.

My points breakdown is given below:

Age: 30

Bachelor degree:15

More than 5 years’ experience: 10

IELTS Score:0( Overall:6.5; R-6,L-6,W-6.5,S-6.5)

 

I did not get any response yet. I want to know the update whether NSW is inviting to telecom professionals in recent times or not. If NSW is inviting,then how much points needed for getting invitation?
