Guys how can I contact immigration from overseas? I dunno whats going on with my case still application received.

My mate just told me if you leave country on bridging visa B ,immigration put you case on hold while you're overseas.. Just wondering is that true?

Yea you right to some extend but i believe in desperation without it you hunger for future success is impossible however happened to many people when they waited there was nothing and when they went overseas they got grants to give them a reason to be more happy whilst on their trip... have a good on mate bon voyage.

Thanks mate hopefully next week ill get results . Tuseday is public holiday so immi gonna take monday off as well because they think they work to hard and need some time off .... And The only thing i am worried about is if they will ask for more documents specially Australian police check ... I submitted with application but its already been more than a 6 motnhs . I m not sure

Hi Everyone.I would like to inform you that i got PR yesterday.I rang immi yesterday and a very polite and well mannered lady answered my call.She advised me that someone will look into my file next month.I was very disappointed but just after 20 mins my MA text me to inform that my nomination has been approved and exactly after 30 mins she rang me to tell the very good and long waited news.I hope everyone will get their PR very soon especially Peppa.Good luck Peppa my prayers are with you

Yeah immi contacted us on 17 th dec but MA told me on 23th dec . All the documents submitted on 24th dec .... My online status still says application received...

Let's be positive mate. Let's dont think that kind of things without it happens. Otherwise we all gonna lose it.

 

Sometimes I think of what if this stupid MA wont upload the correction form before a CO picks up my form. How am I gonna get a police clearance from a country I just visited couple of times.

ask us mate who applied in june how we feel .... Still says application received.... And they July applicants getting the results

I am still afraid that they will ask for my licence once again. And i am still waiting for my licence! So do not have it and will not be able to upload. My case is crazy ;-) But not difficult as you said so hope my PR is really close ;-)

Imagine if they will ask for documents again ... Its mean another 28 days .... I m gonna kill myself:arghh:

I just logged onto my immi account and.................... I have PR!!!!!! Finally!!!!! I am so so so so happy :wink: Thank you all for your support and I hope all the June applicants get PR very very soon!!! Drink time!!!!

Why did they ask for bas, financials and other business docs when this should have been attached while lodgement. How old is the business or didnt you submit them while lodging the file. Thanks

We gave them all the papers . Business is 5 years old . I think they asked because the file was logged on 30 june and financial year was ended on the same day . So it's already been 6 months may be they wanna check the latest statements .

Maybe your are right.They have no idea what they are doing.Just because of their ignorance and incompetency some people have anxiety and stress.One of my colleague had applied with me in exactly same circumstances and he got his PR on 10th of Dec and today this lady was telling me your Case has not been allocated to a CO yet!!!

Same thing they said to me as well when i called immi 2 weeks ago . They said my case is allocated by team not by CO ....they will get back to me end of January

I wish your words come true but the way immi is currently handling cases cannot be appreciated.They are not even finalising cases from June.There are so many June applicants who are still waiting and i'm among those unlucky applicants.My CO has made a weird request,a document which was already provided at the time when we lodged application.Now i'm having a feeling that my CO is wasting my time intentionally.

When you logged your application you received a letter from immigration and it's mentioned on the bottom of the letter.

I called to ask what is going on. They cannot approve PR as the nomination has not yet been approved. They cannot give me any information regarding this as it is my MA's name as the contact person. He doesn't answer his phone, reply to emails etc. I still don't even know that he has provided them with the extra information my employer sent through back on 9th December as he will not return my phone calls or emails. It is one thing to be waiting for IMMI but another to not know if the requested information has even been uploaded. I don't know if you can tell but I am having a bad day today... will this ever end..... I wish I hadn't used an MA.

I asked my MA and she said normally they request documents together but you never know.I was checking other visas 189 timeline and it doesn't seem they have this rule of 28 days waiting period.I guess immi should make a decision straight after receiving requested documents.How long did it take immi to answer your call and did they ask your TRN?

They answered my call after 1hr 40 min ... Nope they asked for passport number .... What's your online status show on immi site?

They have requested additional docs on 16/12.My MA rang immi 2 days ago and they told her my Case is due to re-open on 14/01/16 but i don't think it will re-open on 14th Jan because Peppa01 is still waiting which is very unfair!!!

That's what my MA said to me when he requested additional documents on 17th ... 14th jan is last day to submit the documents .
