I had police check uk and afp police check requested back in October

Got my PR today, over the moon!!!

Additional information requested on the 7th December which was for our medicals. They also asked my employer for additional information on training which was sent to my MA that day. I can see that our medicals have been approved but I have no way of knowing if our MA has provided them with the information they requested and has now gone on holiday. How long usually after supplying them with additional docs do they re look at the case?

Usually after the 28 days is up

It's not difficult to get stuff JP'd in the grand scheme of things

Case Officers who process the file and the people who talk on Customer service are different....its just like calling a telephone provider...if u wanna upgrade, u need to talk to upgrade team, u wanna dispute on ur bill....u need to talk to billing team...so dont worry mate...

I think what you need to comprehend is that someone mentioned in this forum that they rang that many times they got told not to call again ...

Also you need to understand this was a direct line to the Victorian Processing office and not the customer service line ...

This has nothing to do with Phonelines being upgraded but thank you for your concern ...

If everyone has patience then they will all get dealt with in due time, you cannot call up and expect to be at the front of the cue and the advise lines are for genuine immigration enquiries, once a case officer has been allocated, such as help with supporting documents ...

Be my guest @bobygray and call as many times as you like and block to line for genuine people who require help ...

I think they are working on your application. You applied in Sept very strange in the morning @Sheila medicals were finalized and now yours, I think they are speeding the process. Was yours decision ready application, just curious what documents they requested. Even I applied in Sept

I think they are working on it too, they asked for a copy of my work licence, police checks from UK and Australia and medical, I completed the medical 22/10/2015

My application was not decision ready, I just submitted and waited to see what they would request. Maybe it is being fast tracked? Also I'm with Team 4 NSW

Uploaded Docs: 11/11/2015

2nd request: 20/11/2015

Uploaded Docs: 25/11/2015

My question is: If immi have requested documents, is my application being looked at and should I expect some news soon?
