Hi everyone , hope some can give answer for my stupid questions. I am still gather documents for Visa 143. I have a step brother in Germany and our relationship is not very warm. As requirements, I need to get his identity to submit for my parents case, he sent me his certified copy ID by Germany officer in Germany. And his ID also have English in every title. So my confusion is that do I need to get an NATTI translate for his ID because the certified page is all in Germany?

Is that the nsw regional immi department take a lot of time to process the application?  I submitted my citizenship online 12 weeks ago (14/02/2017) and haven't received any test date. I called to immigration by 131 880 and they reply that no response to my email then I have to wait they allocate my case. Any one in similar situations or have experience please give me some advice. So frustrated:(

P.s: I applied from nsw regional, the closest test centre is in Wagga Wagga. I don't think local council have any impact because they told me phone to immigration department.

Hi I am new here. Can I get some advice from you guys?

I think that I am eligible in next week for citizenship application. I opened online form and they ask for documents translating to English by an office approved by NATTI. Is that ok if I use professional translation service from my original country. Since I remembered when applying for PR, all of my documents were translated overseas and the immi didnt have any problem with that. Another question is can I choose council for citizenship ceremony or it must be my local council ( they hold only 1 ceremony every year)

Hi mate, I think that you still need to come back to school until your visa could be granted. You can not cancel your visa, only immigration department can make decision about your visa. Hence, you also are under limit 40 hours working forthrightly.

So immi asked for federal police check on the 11 th December which was sent by my MA on the 15th .

But my federal police is from last year dated 24 December 2014

Is that going to be fine?

They might reject your PCC due to it is gonna expired soon. You can ask ur MA but I believe that u can get a new one within 28 days then u should submit a new PCC

Can we make a list of those who are waiting for visa decision plz. I see a various time frame with different requested documents. At the moment, we all know processing time for nomination around 5 months and they re currently process early July application. My idea is just try to generalize the time frame for visa. Thanks.

Here is my timeline:

Nomination lodged 6 July-- approved 7 Dec without any request

Visa application lodged 7 Sep-- documents requested for relationship with partner in 7 Dec -

submited documents in 9 Dec -- visa approved waitting.

Did you lodge your visa on 7th of Sep?

Yes, I believe that when CO put result for Nomination files, they also assign visa application

Nomination lodged 6 July-- approved 7 Dec

Visa application lodged 7 Sep-- document requested 7Dec --- approved waitting.

i applied for nomination visa 187 0n 31 july 2015 yesterday on 1 dec 2015 my nomination was refused and for visa CO requested medical

wat can i do now ??????

can i go for MRT of nomination or apply for nomination again ?????

Hi Rajan, they currently allocatiing application from early July so by next week or the next following week u will get the result for nomination. Visa need a little bit longer or if u get lucky, u will get its results together. Cheer, mate.

Immi asked for more documents today medicals, police clearance and proof of partner English. How long is the Australian police clearance valued for.

i have applied for 187 visa and my MA is asking for medical.my previous medical was done on March 2015 but I didn't do blood check at that time. Do I have to do full medical now or only blood check will work?

I think different visa request different medical check. You cant save money on this matter, mate.

It normally not takes too long but you can count from the date visa lodged 4-5 months with current processing speed

I absolutely understand your points of view, my MA said even told me wait whatever document CO will ask then submit it latter. But you got a good sign that you know they are processing your case. I wonder what your occupation is and I thought 187 RSMS doesn't need benchmark training requirements?
